This property was very clean staff was very nice friendly We stay one day it was worth it Love this place For sure come back

Loved everything about this property! It was so close to the beach, restaurants and we were able to walk to the property from the port.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely stay here again.

'Boutique' means 'tiny'. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny pool, tiny breakfast space. Great architecture and design. Great great breakfast. V hardworking staff let down only by some reception staff and management. We stayed 4 nights prepaid (mistake). We asked reception 3 times to move us to a room with some daytime shade. This was beyond their capability. Given the work ethic of the other staff, this was disappointing. Occasional cockroach on balcony. I would not stay here again despite many positive points. Reception staff need serious re-training or a fresh employer - sorry.

Great hotel option on Naxos for me and my spouse. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Convenient location to shopping and many dining options nearby. Shower did not leak into room. Netflix accessible on TV. Cons: Jacuzzi made room very damp. Air conditioner did not operate properly. Safe did not work. Worst sink ever designed and is ruining the wood table it sits upon. Additional charge for use of beach towels. Friendly staff not enough for us to stay here again unfortunately.

The hot tub wasn't balanced and was useable. The first night we went in and when we turned on the jets, brown thick bits of what appeared to be scum from the pipes came out, we had to get out and shower off the bits. We asked the staff to clean it and the next night we opened the lid and there was so much chlorine we couldn't get in. We have a got tub and they should have changed the water instead of shocking it so harshly. We bring our testing *****es with us and the chlorine was so high it was dangerous to go in. My eyes were burning from the lid being off. Additonally, the cleaning staff took our half bottle of wine that was left for the following night even though it was corked and placed on the top of the mini bar fridge. (When we mentioned it, the staff did bring us a small bottle replacement but it was not to our taste as it was an inexpensive rosé) The location was great. The staff were pleasant and friendly. This place could have been wonderful as the space was huge, the room was clean, the view was lovely(little gardens and further out hills and patial sea view), the bed was comfortable and overall Naxos was our favorite spit in the 5 islands we visited. Nest food and don't miss hiking Mount Zas/zeus.

What we liked is that the property was very clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. What we did not like is that we were charged when we used the water bottles that were placed for us in the room small fridge and we were not told about these charges until we checked out. We paid about 10 EURO for 3 small water bottles. The store next door was selling them for less than 1 EURO each. Also, our room was on the first floor right across from an outdoor sitting area for the hotel. People sitting there 3 meters away can see us inside the room and we can hear them talking all day. There was no privacy in that room. The swimming pool is very small, very shallow, and almost never used. There was lots of mosquitos in the room all the time. Beach towel were not provided. They charge 5 EURO per towel if you ask for them.
