It was great

Faultless from check in to check out. I arrived from Athens by plane and got a taxi to Home Sweet Naxos, which was just €20. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who gave me some water and some local Greek sweets. She informed me that the owner had decided to upgrade my apartment of which she guided the way to the room. The apartment was on the second floor (there’s no lift, but my bags weren’t overly heavy so no issue). The apartment was huge, with 2 bedrooms and another room with a sofa bed. Large living area with a massive balcony off it and a further two off the two bedrooms. Breakfast was brought to the room in the mornings at a prearranged time. On the first morning I needed to leave before 8 as I was booked on a boat excursion. Once they knew this they went out of their way to bring me breakfast for 7:20, when breakfast only starts at 8, so that I wouldn’t miss out. Breakfast was plentiful and included breads, cereal, homemade cake, coffee and juice. The day before I was due to check out I asked if it was possible for a late check out as I was catching an afternoon ferry. I wanted ti be able to go to the beach in the morning and to shower before I left. This was no problem at all and I was offered a lift down to the ferry port. I was going to have a bit of a wander beforehand so left my case and would return for it later. The owner arranged to meet me at the port with my case, so that I wouldn’t have to walk back for it. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and the port and beaches are just a short walk away. I had the most amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come and stay again. I was show nothing but kindness and generosity. Thank you so much!

Amazing! The rings were large and comfortable. There was a full kitchen. The hotel was walking distance from the old Town. There was a delicious breakfast delivered to your room every morning. The people were amazing and kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Mrs. Elpida was wonderful. Very welcoming and told us the spots to go to. Breakfast was great.

Fantastic apartment. We needed accommodation that had a washing machine and picked this apartment because of this. I am so glad we did. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with great views from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered every day, which Elpida prepared. It was delicious, fresh coffee, fruit, yoghurt, juice, bread, eggs and my favourite a cheese and ham toastie. The apartment is a 10 min walk from the main areas, but I liked that we were not in a tourist area. It felt more real. We were allowed a late check out as our ferry was later in the day and we got a lift to the port, which was very generous. The staff are so friendly and go the extra mile I can't recommend this place too much, we will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay and were very well looked after by Elbida who brought us a lovely fresh breakfast each morning. Washing was also taken in which is very handy when island hopping. The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. Bus stop to various beaches is a 5 minute walk (buy ticket from local minimart - Elbida will advise). Town is a good 10 minute walk as is the nearest beach which was fine for us. A couple of local bars were worth frequenting. Very enjoyable and exceptional value.

Big rooms, fully equipped, very comfortable mattresses, nice breakfast served at the verandas of the rooms and very clean. The rooms are new. We loved our experience there and it is definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Naxos. The only (minor) drawback is the distance from the town which is about 12-15 minutes walk. Last but not least, we have to credit Lefteris, the host of the place and Lenia that run this place in an efficient, effective and customer friendly way.

The perfect place to stay in Naxos! Short walk from the main town, very close to a mini market for water/snacks/basic needs, very close to a good coffee shop (Barcode, which was recommended by the receptionist). Clean, spacious, pretty rooms. We LOVED the breakfast - the bread comes from a bakery just down the road and was delicious with the butter and honey provided by Sweet Home. Delivered straight to your room each morning. Overall Exceptional service. Staff was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend to all!
