The good news is that the reception is staffed on a 24 hour basis, as we did not arrive until well after midnight. The bad news is that - the reception didn’t seem to know we were coming (and we were not the only ones arriving at this time who had a fight on their hands to get the room they had paid for). - the room was not ready to occupy (no towels, rubbish from the last guest. - safe not working - Wi-Fi not working - no fresh soap - stained carpets in the corridor This review may not correlate with other reviews for this hotel, however this is a country with a bit of a reputation in this regard.

Pros : hot water, AC, walking distance to the beach. Room was spacious. Had TV. Cons : took 3 Hours to get the room even after pre booking before 2 weeks. Bed sheets had hair all over it and had to call the room service to change it. Internet and TV connection didn't work so couldn't use it.

Excellent place to stay.Rooms were beautiful and the bed was really comfortable.The hotel location was great.Nice view very relaxing.The staffs were really helpful and courteous. Especially the Reception and Housekeeping staffs.Thanks to the Hotel Manager for your warm welcome. We had a nice stay.Definitely we will return to this hotel again.

Hotel is new and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We requested some special foods for breakfast and they were very nice. We had some minor issues like Wi-Fi - it didn’t work. I am sure they would have fixed it if we had complained but we didn’t bother.

We booked a room with a kitchen so we could cook, although there was a two ring hob, that was it !!!! no pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc, so obviously we couldn’t cook. There was no hair dryer, no microwave, no toaster, a total rip off as we paid more than was advertised on Airbnb.

I was in Negombo for some business work. Stayed one night. The room was spacious with amazing views and had everything I needed, like a workspace, and great WiFi. The restaurant on the rooftop served good food, the views were just wow. The pool also looked great though I did not have enough time to chill there. Next time when I visit Negombo I will definitely be staying here. The team was also helpful.

A group of 4 of us stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Hotel is modern in a good location and a great pool. However, the reception desk is not very helpful and it was quite difficult to get our room cleaned. We asked multiple times for room to be cleaned and sheets/towels weren’t changed.

Service : horrible Petit déjeuner ; FADE et SANS CHOIX Buffet : écœurant , RESTES de la veille, même si vous arrivez tôt le matin ( même mon animal de compagnie n’en voudrait pas !) Le Personnel ( surtout le manager ) : désagréable et inutile. N’ayez RIEN à demander. AU MIEUX : Vous attendrez plusieurs heures & au pire : vous n’aurez rien. J’ai dû descendre à la réception 7-8 fois. Temps durant lequel j’ai croisé de NOMBREUX gens MÉCONTENTS , exemple : que la Clim de leur chambre ne fonctionne pas. ( la mienne fonctionnait mais faisait un bruit HORRIBLE ) Parce que la WIFI ne fonctionne pas correctement ( dans mon cas elle ne fonctionnait PAS DU TOUT ) J’ai attendu 6heures pour qui ils m’installent un routeur, j’ai raté mon RDV important téléphonique. Il n’y a pas de seche cheveux en chambre ( ils m’ont dit j’arrive, je suis descendue 3/4 fois à ce sujet ils ne sont jamais venus ) Les serviettes de piscine IDEM, NE SOYEZ PAS PRESSÉES, elles arriveront après 4-5 relances & 3 heures après. C’était INSUPPORTABLE. Prévoyez 1 heure en + de l’heure annoncée pour faire le CHEAK IN & 40 minutes pour un CHEAK OUT qui prendrait 2 minutes.. peu importe le standing de l’hôtel. La résidence n’est pas finie ! N’espérez pas aller à la salle de sport elle est minable. Et la piscine est salle. La nourriture : infâme.. pas de Room service non plus.. RIEN QUI VA !!!! COMMENT CET ÉTABLISSEMENT PEUT IL ÊTRE AUSSI BIEN NOTÉ ? Pour en avoir parlé av des européens qui y séjournaient ; eux aussi ils ont détesté !

Le pire établissement jamais fait ! FUYEZ CE COMPLEXE, JE NE COMPRENDS PAS COMMENT C'EST POSSIBLE QU'IL SOIT "BIEN NOTÉ" ! Dès votre arrivée, on vous dis "chek'in quick"... Vous attendez des plombes avec d'autres voyageurs qui eux aussi ne comprennent pas pourquoi nous devons attendre aussi longtemps... Nous sommes rentrés en chambre à 13h et avons attendu jusqu'à 17h pour avoir la Wifi (RIEN DE FOU)... Le manager vous répète sans arrêt que quelqu'un va "fix-it the problem" mais rien, rien, rien ne se passe ! Ce matin nous demandons un Sèche-cheveux à 9h... À 14h quand nous avons rendus la chambre TOUJOURS PAS DE SÈCHE CHEVEUX... Le restaurant sur "le rooftop" est d'une calamité sans nom... Et le mot est faible... 3 grains de riz se battent en duel au milieu d'une saucisse knacki qui demande qu'une chose c'est de ne pas être mangée ! Une confiture avec laquelle vous pouvez faire la vaisselle mais en aucun cas manger... Des nouilles plus mauvaises Les unes que les autres... Un jus de mangue au goût PAIC CITRON.. Une piscine entretenue par la crasse, la pisse et la transpiration.... Je vais arrêter ici mais franchement ne laissez pas un centime à cet établissement, IL DEVRAIT ÊTRE DÉFINITIVEMENT FERMÉ POUR LE BIEN DES VOYAGEURS... Je ne mets jamais de commentaires sauf pour dire de belles choses mais là il est important d'alerter les voyageurs...
