I was held captive in the pool by security. I had to climb out using the seats as he had blocked stairs. Allan Lindo head of security said it was a misunderstanding and never answered my questions. I’m traumatized. Before that happened, I enjoyed the hot tub during my stay. Food staff is the best.

6th time to visit. Yet another flawless vacay! We always book jacuzzi room and it’s always worth the extra money. Much respect for the staff who makes everything look easy. In our opinion, Hedo is much better than any of the cancun competing resorts. See you again soon!

This was our first trip to Hedonism, and it was our honeymoon. We loved it! We were welcomed with rum punch at the check-in desk, which revived us from the airport/ride to resort exhaustion. Check-in was quick and smooth. We were given a great overview of dining and activity times and a brief tour while being escorted to our room. Our room was nicer than we expected, no issues there whatsoever. Everything was clean and in working order. We settled in and immediately went in search of food because we couldn't hold out until dinner. We took a short walk to the Beach Grill and had beef patties, grilled cheese, and **** chicken. We spent the majority of our time by the pools (mainly prude, as it was a little quieter) making new friends and playing entertaining games with Ana-Kay (trivia as well as more active games in and out of the water). We chose the buffet for our main meals and weren't let down. I'm a big dessert lover, and I would've liked to have experienced a few less mass-produced desserts (tiny cups of pudding and cookies) and had something a little more exotic. The evening shows were fantastic! The dancers, male and female, worked HARD and were quite impressive. Audience participation added value; it's fun to laugh or applaud with a giant room of others like yourself. We chose to go out on the Catamaran (added cost, very reasonable) one morning and loved it! The crew was fantastic and the views amazing. I can't think of anything we didn't like except the uphill walk to the dining buffet! We love trying new things, but would definitely return here in a heartbeat!

Wonderful, committed staff at the Karma Sutra palace. Not at all seedy- they take their work very seriously and are committed to education. We felt safe and cared for and learned a lot! Karma Sutra palace is an elevated experience compared to the rest of the resort and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to deepen their intimacy and sensual experience.

As a semi prude-I had a great time and met some great people! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food, drinks, night entertainment, day activities, the ocean and overall atmosphere was great! Room was nice and clean. Locals were friendly as well.

**Spa** The spa experience at Hedonism 2 was truly divine, thanks to the skilled hands of Kafaraha and Ancha, whose massages left us feeling rejuvenated and utterly blissful. Special mention to Suzanne, the spa manager, whose attention to detail ensured every moment was tailored to perfection. **Hospitality** Uriel, the bellman, was a constant source of warmth and assistance, checking in on us daily to ensure our needs were met. Vernette, our dedicated waitress, ensured our dining experiences were seamless and delightful. **Above and Beyond:** Anthony, the night food and beverage supervisor, deserves commendation for his exceptional service, particularly in ensuring Smallies' favorite pasta dish was always available. Jermaine and Paul, the dedicated grounds staff, added to the charm of our surroundings with their genuine passion for their work. **Club Hedo's Finest:** Shakara and Elysia Elliot from Club Hedo were the epitome of hospitality, providing daily check-ins and promptly addressing any concerns. Their personalized care, including christening me with the alternate nickname "Bumpa," made our stay truly memorable. **Culinary:** Kemesha Kelly's specialty pineapple mojito mocktail at the KK bar was a refreshing highlight, while Windra, the food and beverage supervisor, came to our rescue on numerous occasions with her attentive service. ** Housekeeping:** Violet and Marsha from housekeeping left an indelible mark with their warmth and attention to detail. O'Neil's jacuzzi service added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. **Management Excellence:** Camille, the General Manager, showcased true leadership by addressing any concerns personally and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Vanessa, affectionately known as Space Buns, from the tour desk, made our excursions seamless and memorable. **Needs Improvement:** **Musical Selection:** While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, the repetitive playlist, dominated by tracks like YMCA and the Cha Cha Slide, left much to be desired. We urge the resort to explore more diverse musical genres, particularly EDM, to enhance the overall atmosphere. **Theme Night Enhancement:** -Glow Night, arguably the most anticipated theme night, could benefit from additional investment in favors and glow accessories, accompanied by an electrifying selection of rave music, to elevate the experience for guests. - Continuity between groups and regular hotel guests, theme nights, switched on a daily basis, and nights were confusing, because groups had the courtesy of putting on their own theme night. So you might see animal print costumes, and others wearing disco costumes. We had packed costumes for the week and one of the theme night costumes didn’t even happen because of a group takeover. I booked this trip directly through your the resort website without any discount figuring that would be the best way to experience the resort. When returning the registration card, I had requested specific information for expedited Customs and Immigration services upon arrival as well as getting a flight as opposed to taking a van. Obviously, I was willing to pay for premium services and felt I was left completely stranded by the reservation and concierge staff. A unnamed representative replied with an email that did not address the flight information request, but did include a name of a company I did not know that’s said click on the link below. There was no active link to click, just a name of a company called Club Mobay (again I had no idea what this was ) and no information about the flights. I called reservations a few times and finally got someone on the phone and I explained that I’m looking for flights and expedited entry. They explained that Club Mobay was a company that could provide the entry services and that I should call Tim Air for the flights. I called Club Mobay and Tim air for days without a single response. After no response from either of them and days before I left, I called Hedo reservations again. When I finally got through to someone, they provided information for transportation service called Holiday Service to take us from the airport. I filled out the form and order the pick up and return from Holiday Service directly as instructed. Holiday Service was horrible. They made us wait in the van listening to loud music we had no control over for over 90 minutes before finally leaving the airport. They originally promised we would only wait 25 minutes. There was absolutely zero help and coordination from the Hedonism reservation or concierge department, even though I had booked directly with requested specific luxury service help. They portray the resort as a luxury resort and it is a one star at best. Especially when it comes to customer service and overall appeal. Upon arrival, my wife and I were exhausted and check-in took longer than expected. After a disorganized checking in we were hungry, but since we hadn’t been to the resort in about 10 years, we didn’t know where any of the services were. We did ask one of the cleaning staff where to eat, and they pointed a the flame and we had a horrible cheeseburger. We were surprised that the reservation desk did not offer us a tour. I did walk up to requested tour and surprisingly they said there’s a tour two times a day. We came back that afternoon to get the tour and realized we had no idea about the some of the features until we had not been offered the tour. Again, it’s a shame this wasn’t suggested when we first checked in. In spite of getting along well with a lot of the guests, my wife and I were very disappointed and will not be returning to the resort.

Your Hedo trip is whatever you make it! As wild or mild as you want; the resort does an outstanding job of accommodating everyone. We are a married couple that just returned from our fourth trip "home".  We visited March 2 - 9 in an ocean view room on the nude side. Room 2222. The resort keeps getting better! They are in the process of making numerous renovations and improvements around the property. Our favorite improvement was the installation of concrete ramps instead of large steps in some areas. The grounds are beautiful as always. Thank you to the gardeners who tend the nature walk in the "jungle". It is a quiet place to relax and connect with your partner. The beach was maintained well, with beach attendants hard at work all day raking the sand and picking up the grounds. Over the years we have grown to love the old style rooms, especially the ceiling and wall mirrors! They also have updated modern rooms as well if you are looking for a bit more luxurious experience. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have plenty of towels and a nice shower. Our room attendant, Veronica, did an excellent job cleaning and replacing towels. The food was delicious. Breakfast is always our favorite meal, with plenty of healthy options. We enjoy that they always incorporate a few local Jamaican dishes as well. Do not skip on the fresh fruit, especially the pineapple! The **** chicken at the grill is tender, juicy and flavorful. Thank you for enclosing Harrysans and adding ac. We enjoyed our hibachi meal. Special thank you to the following staff members: Ricardo and Devondra at the bar, Junior for the morning patwah lessons, Delroy for working hard on the beach, Veronica for the great room service, Charlton for helping with our bags, Melissa at Heedo****o (Legend has a great mom!) and Christopher for our beautiful sign. We can't wait to add another year to it in 2025! Finally, a big thank you to Harry for providing a safe place where dreams can come true.

Had a great time. Beach is beautiful, rooms clean, overall service was excellent. Staff is super nice. We enjoyed a Swedish couples massage on the beach with Kafarah. Highlight of trip was Kama Sutra workshops with Carmen, Carlo and Rosie were great and the private tantric couples massage with Rebecca and Carmen was fantastic. All of the raving comments are true!! Try it!! Suggestion - perhaps that open space outside of Kama Sutra could have a small walking labyrinth? Would help with practicing meditation and mindfulness as a balance to all of the sensory overload from the rest of the days activities!!
