Sol Nessebar Palace Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

The people from the hotel are very well trained. Rooms are big. The bathroom had shower and thub. Very clean everywhere in the hotel though the age is showing. Meals were great, sea food, cheese, salads, lamb, etc. Fun program for small kids every day.

No issues with the facilities but be warned the hospitality of the hotel staff at Sol Nessbar Palace is the worst I've ever experienced. They will not shy from using foul language and treating you like something on the bottom of their shoe if they wish to do so. Good luck trying to get 5 star trea**ent from people who can't even crack a smile. Not a place I would ever go back to or advise anyone travel to due to the contempt these people have for guests. I would like to give a special dedication to Georgi and Mari for having no clue how to run a front of house reception at the hotel.

The best wedding anniversary celebration. This was thanks to the wonderful staff that made it all possible. The reservation manager Marieta was always approachable when I had questions to clarify. The reception staff had late night dinner packages ready when we arrived. The receptionist Martin, Josh and all the other receptionist were super friendly and ready to help. The bell desk Miketo( sorry if the spelling is wrong) and all of the staff at the house keeping and Food and beverage never took our request as a burden. The inclusiveness that the animation staff create must be mentioned. They all make our home away from home memorable. Hats off to the General manager who plays a key role in maintaining the standards of the fabulous hotel. We will definitely visit you soon

Wet good hotel and kind staff and the food is amazing definitely recommend for family and children and also couples who need a break. There’s water slides for the children to play on and there a spa for the adults to relax in when the children are at the kids club definitely recommend going to sunny beach and doing some of the excursions the staff are amazing and especially the entertainers like Richo, sunny, Alice very generous staff

Great hotel,plenty to do with the animation team,great food and drink,pool party was great,everybody was up dancing,taxi right outside the hotel and great rates, buses are only 2lev which is cheap to get around,old town is full of nice shops and history,sunny beach was nice and clean,beach is amazing.

Really lovely hotel, nice staff and food is excellent. Animation team is fantastic. Nastya our cleaner was great, katarina and yuliya in the main restaurant were nice and Richo and Jose on the animation team were fab. Made lots of great friends.

It was Exceed my expectations. It is a real 5 stars hotel.from the location to food to drinks...to all you need for your family with kids to feel happy and to enjoy a wonderful vacation. They have a vast variety and quality food.they have so many bars with drinks. ... many swimming pools outside and inside...Waterpark for kids and grownups. I reccomand with pleasure

WOW. What an amazing hotel . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are so friendly and fun it was my birthday I received a bottle of wine and some sweets a lovely message from the management (Denis)who came daily to see how we where doing . The animation team Richo George And sunny are amazing and fun always something to do for all ages. Archery ,shooting darts ,mini disco shows at night. The food is excellent and there are lots of choices, I am still on holiday but already looking to book next year. The beginning of may is quieter but even the rainy days didn't damper this holiday

It was a beautiful trip. Very good for family with children. They have a good animation program all day long for children. Food was good. It's cleen. They have indoor pool.
