Worst service ever angry Man kicked me out and charge me $15 to use the restroom. He call the cops on me because I told him I didn’t want to stay there. DONT STAY HERE. STAY AT HILTON LITTLE MORE MONEY BUT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY

I would never stay here again. The area is allowed to be unsafe by the staff and the staff doesn’t care what goes on outside on the property.

I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with a woman named Julie, who has an accent. I was making a reservation and had a few questions. I provided my name and credit card number to her. This woman was already frustrated and angry that I was asking questions. My last question to her, she raised her voice, stating that I asked many questions and that she was done with me. She slammed the phone and disconnected the call. Incredible that this is the type of front desk individuals who are there to greet and assist the customer. After all, I am paying for the room, it was not free. The telephone call was recorded. I would never advise anyone to stay at a place who treats guest such as she did.

The bed was comfortable. There was a hot tub in our room but an extra fee to use it. The refrigerator had to be plugged up but gave off so much heat to run it. The air conditioner leaked water. There was no working ice machine. It was an ok hotel, I just didn't think it was worth what I paid.

The tv was nice and had cable; the a/c worked well in the 100 degree weather; the sheets were clean, but stained; there was enough hot water. HOWEVER! The furniture was upholstered and stained. There was a huge dark stain dripping down the white brick wall. Plastic lampshade was melted and cracked and still was wrapped in cellophane. A hair dryer was listed in amenities, but there wasn't one in the room. The bathroom ceiling was moldy.

There’s a reason the nightly rate is $60. This “hotel” is a nasty pit! Stay at your own risk. The place is also dirty & we had no clue the property was like this when we checked in late at night since we had a random power outage @ our home. The place is unsafe and unclean - especially not a place you will want to bring your family🤮

This was an awful motel/inn.... The room has not been updated in years. The bedding had holes, the AC did not work, you are not allowed to get ice until July 1st. Now this is Texas you need AC and Ice. The in room refrigerator did not work, no coffee for the coffee pot. The free breakfast was not really breakfast but burnt coffee in the lobby. The restroom had not fully been cleaned in awhile. The clerk hand wrote my Credit Card number down on a piece of paper anyone could see. The door was not sealed so you could hear everything from outside. To say we spent a year here last Saturday night would be an understatement. Avoid at all cost, all though it looks like a really cool German hotel it is not!
