ビエンビル ハウス(Bienville House)

The staff was very friendly. Beverly, at the front desk, when I checked in was very nice. Dewayne was very helpful as a valet and also helped us with our bags. The location is great, situated between the French Quarter and the Warehouse District. Lots of places of interest and great places to eat in every direction. I highly recommend.

We arrived at 2:30 AM and there was somebody to guide us with a check in and how to get to our bedroom. Our bedroom was impeccable, same as the bathroom. This hotel has kept the old style and it is a very charming place that is kept really nice.  The room was very comfortable. It also has the old style and it is very cozy and nice.  The bathroom in our room is 100% remodeled and it is now really nice We stayed for three days and during our stay, we were never bothered by knockings on the door or anything like that. It’s a very nice and quiet place to stay. We were very happy with the way the room is set up and the way it is decorated, and it is good to mention that the bed was also set up really nice and it is a very comfortable bed  We did not have the chance to eat in the hotel, or to use the bar but everything looked really nice to us. Overall, we were very happy throughout our stay, and we would recommend this place fully. 

There is no way this is a 9 star rated hotel! Room was not ready at check in, they said it will be in 15 to 20 mins and they would call...an hour plus later I go by the front desk and they forgot to call when the room was ready. Very noisy hotel not only from the hallway but from the city street. No control over your room temperature, it was 76 degrees in the room. And if that wasn't enough it took one hour and forty five minutes to get my car from valet. Save your money and time by not staying here!!!

The staff at this facility was Absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Real Hospitality!

The Hotel itself is a throw back to the 18th Century with the decor, it was fun and a clean hotel. We would stay at this hotel again

From check in to check out what a great stay. Historic older property but very well kept and updated in the right places. We stayed in 377 which had a balcony over Decator street. Room was very clean and for the most part quiet. A few street noises especially with the big trucks or from the people that want to share their car music with you. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom updated and clean. Front desk team always helpful and pleasant. Didn't eat at the restaurant but looked fun. Hotel is located perfectly to walk to almost anywhere in the FQ. Close to Bourbon and Canal and the French Market. Access to the trolley and hop on hop off close as well. Overall a great place to stay in a great town

We stayed during Mardi Gras and the room was clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice!!! Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed being in the French Quarter in a building that is part of the older history. The updates done inside are great and at the same time, you know this place has been through many seasons. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Great location next to incredible restaurants, shopping and the river is only a fewblocks away. Loved my stay!
