Most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel ever and great view, staff always helped out whenever possible and the room was pretty clean, the only thing I didn't like was that the pull out mattress was very old and worn out with multiple stains on it, I highly recommend checking and changing all of them.
The hotel and location is nice and was perfect for my vacation, however at 140.00 a night I felt slighted that I could not get my room cleaned, almost like I had to ask for permission! I feel that with covid cases on the rise that this is unacceptable. I feel that as a HH member and service member I was treated poorly and expected better out of my experience with Hilton.
CCarolina RI never write reviews for anything, but this hotel was so amazing! I had to share! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a last minute vacation. Our stay was incredible! The service was exceptional! Our needs were accommodated beyond our expectations. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. I absolutely loved the attention to detail. I also appreciated the religious decor, staying true to the history of this marvelous location. And I have no idea how, but the whole building always smelled amazing, including the room. The amenities that they provide: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cream, etc. all smelled amazing too! I will be dreaming of that smell for a long time. I loved coming back after a hot sunny day in New Orleans to this beautiful place that started to feel like a home!
I stayed at the Marsh Hotel for a weekend to visit my Tulane student. I don’t care to stay downtown and the options are very limited uptown and very pricey. I’m so happy to have found this spot, planning to stay again next month. It was thoughtful and aesthetic. The coffee shop/bar was great and the outdoor seating area was a nice place to sit and relax a little. The room had many helpful amenities. Location was great, easy walk to St Charles to hop on streetcar or to restaurants and shops on Magazine. Very pleased which this place- will be my new go-to.
GGavinmcvWe stayed 4 nights here and loved it. It was in the French Quarter but was quiet. The cafe is very handy and the Bombay club bar is great for a happy hour drink. We especially loved Kenyetta who greeted us (and everyone else) with a cheery smile and conversation every time we came back from the day. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about New Orleans.
ゲゲストI booked this hotel 2 months ago through hotels.com. I selected the ”pay at hotel” option. We show up and they do not have our reservation or any available rooms. Unfortunately, the card I used to reserve the room was compromised and had to be canceled. I forgot that this card was used to reserve the room, and never followed-up. Nevertheless, I would think that since I only reserved the room and would still pay at the hotel, the hotel would hold on to my reservation, or maybe contact us before canceling the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience, and ended up roaming the streets in desperate need of a place to stay late at night.
