Property is very old and the photos shown on this site are nothing like what is there. The pool had bugs in it. There was no breakfast- coffee and juice only. Sheets are so old they are not even white anymore. Staff was nice and hospitable. But this place needs major upgrades and cleaning. Will not stay again.

Well. Old and I mean old. Room smelled . They appear to rent “long term”. No Kleenex or hangers . Very terrible lobby area. Needs a good cleaning and update . $240 for 2 nights ridiculous considering the condition of the building and rooms . Pool area not nice at all . 😯

we planned a family vacation at this hotel. the hot tub jets did not work and there is mold around the tub, the pool is 75 degrees, per desk staff, too cold for swimming or fun for the kids and there was blood on the deck of the pool. The rooms were dirty, hair in the beds, bathrooms unclean , carpet soggy wet, smelly. After being there for 1 hour, we left and went to another hotel. Will NEVER stay here again. So disappointed as we were so looking forward to this get away with family and friends.

Door would not open with key, she had to manually unlock it each time. Including shortly after midnight. Room was not vacuumed, sheets were stained, shower was dirty and had a cockroach coming out of the drain. The door was missing half the locking latch. The front door said it locks after 11pm, I got in without my key after midnight. I would not stay here again.

Definitely needs TLC! . Stains on floor in room,hair and soap scum in Jacuzzi (not ours), Jacuzzi needs to be plugged in and unplugged (not real safe) button for jets missing, water fill very slow and leaked out almost as fast. Bed very uncomfortable. Little patio off room was nice..

There is a serious mold issue in that building Hot tub out of service Patio door to my room was unlocked at checkin Once I secured the patio door and verified it was Locked I was able to simply pick up just a little and open the patio door with the lock still engaged

The whole property smelled moldy and musty like wet towels. The smell was so bad my clothes still smell moldy even after I washed them. This place is not worth the $160 a night they charged. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

A little upkeep would go a long way in making the property look better for guests. Rooms were dated but clean, bathroom was fine other than the shortest smallest toilet from the 70s. The frayed towels should have been replaced years ago, but they were clean. Was glad the sliding glass door worked so we could get some fresh air into the room, but we had to clear out spider webs to exit the door. There was a large vent on the outside wall to what we thought was the pool area on one side of our patio that was totally rusted through and staining the siding heavily. We never went into the pool area so can't comment on that. We were just looking for a place to sleep for a couple nights and didn't expect much and that's pretty much what we got. Not complaining, just explaining.

My wife and I were going to Taylors falls for a day trip and chose to stay close to the area. This hotel popped up and was reasonably priced, so I booked it as the places to stay were narrowing quickly. Our overall stay was great. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a leak in the bathroom on our last night. We reported it immediately and the desk person offered towels and a bucket. Needless to say, I was furious at the lack of concern or compassion and was told that they were aware of the situation. I decided to take photos for my protection and in doing so, noticed other conditions that I was not aware existed. I talked to the desk person in the morning before checking out and this person exhibited more concern and urgency. She took my complaint and viewed the photos and also informed me they were aware and this has happened in the past. She gave me the manager direct number to call and follow up. I spoke to the manager the next day when I was home and explained the conditions. Let the manager know that I had photos and concerns abot a few conditions that needed to be rectified for the next guests so that they do not have that experience and was told that they have a n investigation and will resolve. I told them I would need compensation and she fairly compensated me for one night stay. I thought this was fair since our stay was great in lieu of the incident. I pray that they took my recommendations seriously to help their establishment give the best to future patrons.
