Highly recommend this hotel. Love, love loved! From check in to sleep just a step above and beyond! Stylish as all get out. Loved the color in the room the halls and even the elevators. Stayed in so many hotels in the city and this has to be up there at the top for me. MK

It is always a risk to stay at a new luxury hotel but we took a chance. We have stayed at quite a few in New York and this is already my new favorite. The design is very colorful with a lot of little eye catching things to keep your mind entertained. Our room was shockingly quiet for New York, i guess while it is an old building it is all new construction and windows. The attention to detail is interesting, there is very non hotel feel glassware in the bathroom and refreshment center. The TV has three very artistic backgrounds instead of incessant logos Each page of the notepad is different. The Butler's were very attentive and people were nice, not even by New York standards, just nice. I reviewed the restaurant separately but what i didn't mention was the hotel bar. It is a sparkling little hidden nook that reminds me of a new version of the King Cole bar at the St. Regis. I would say if i had anything negative to report but we didn't for this trip. If you can afford it, this is worth the price and the area is up and coming.

Oh my goodness...luxury is an understatement at the newest gem in Nomad. From the personalized welcome(was addressed by name) to a welcome drink awaiting me, to the art on the walls while being escorted to my room I felt like a celeb. I even had cookies waiting for me. The bedding, the plush robes and slippers provided were definitely some of the best ive worn and slept in. My favorite was their huge soaking tub that I got to relax in after my long hectic day of running around the city. Room was immaculately clean and fresh. Kudos to housekeeping! I promise you won't be disappointed. I cannot wait for my next trip to New York to stay at this beauty of a hotel again.

I saw a hotel deal for this hotel booking through AMEX and was struck by the photos of the hotel so decided to stay. The room and hotel decor was pure luxury and did not disappoint. I was upgraded to the king corner room and every detail of the hotel room was pure from the of the showers, Dyson blow dryers and even the snacks (which are complimentary). I also found the concierge super helpful and used the free car service they provide multiple times. It’s also a neighborhood hang out area so had a very local feel which was nice. It’s also a great hotel in terms of service. My luggage broke and they immediately took it to the store to get it repaired and picked it up when it was ready!

It was the most wonderful experience in the Fifth Avenue Hotel. Being a frequent visitor in NYC, I have stayed in many 5* hotels in Manhattan but now I can be certain that the Fifth is the one I will be going back again and again. True Gem! From the moment you check in and throughout your stay, you will be looked after by the best customer service, amazing team of the hotel. Rooms are very nice, everything controlled by new technology which is so easy and convenient. Hotel is so beautiful that you will be admiring every detail and corner, bug curiosity cabinet. Breakfast was so delicious. The Portrait Bar and Cafe Carmellini- must go places while you are there. Amazing a**osphere and food/drinks in both. Concierge and butler teams - thank you for making my stay so memorable and looking after me. I will be back for sure. By far, the best experience in NYC.

Booked through AMEX, and when we arrived we realized our rooms AC didn’t work. The staff quickly fixed the situation, and moved our room while we were at dinner. Rooms were nice, clean. Staff were pleasant, professional ** Something to note, the bar needs a reservation in order to have a drink. One can’t just walk in and order a quick drink We will come back!

Everything was perfect! From the decor to the staff, everything was wonderful. Every corner of the hotel was so perfectly detailed. Located in the flatiron district, you couldn’t get a better location! Would highly recommend to friends and family and cannot wait to return

Eclectic and engaging this hotel was a pleasure from arrival to departure. The staff are excellent, the rooms individual and comfortable and the location convenient. We have traditionally stayed at The Langham, however, we would not hesitate to return here.
