3 ウエスト クラブ(3 West Club)

This is a nice, unique stay right next to 30 Rock. Easy entry via a spacious, clean lobby to the front desk, quick check-in. Room was small but nicely appointed. Bathroom was updated with a deep tub. A bit noisy with the typical NY street sounds and the bells from St. Patrick's so bring a white-noise machine. There is a bar and resturant on the 2nd floor and some great places to eat righ across the street. Teriffic bargan. I will be back.

When checking in the rude receptionist accused me of committing fraud because the security deposit didn't clear on my card. It turns out upon speaking to me bank (as she has frozen my card) she has repeatedly put in the wrong expiry date. As a result I had to use a non international bank card for the security deposit and incur travel fees. The room had an adjoining door where the door was incredibly thin. We heard the neighbouring patrons open crisp packets and pass wind which was quite unnerving and led us to be mouse like and impacted our stay dramatically. On the whole between the nonchalant staff and the terribly exposed room, this stay was not worth the money despite being in a good location.

A hotel at the corner of 5th ave and 51st at that price. Wow! Close to Central Park and Time Square. Everything can be done within a 30 min in any ditection.

The location was excellent especially for the activities we wanted to do. The hotel is charming and the staff was lovely. The room is a little dated but the bathroom was updated. There was a motion sensor entry light in the room which when entering is great but if moving at night when someone else is asleep was a little jarring. During our stay the hotel was so quiet we thought we were the only ones there. You can hear people in the hallway (mostly the staff) but we could not hear our neighbours. We had a great stay and definitely will consider this hotel again for our future stays!!

This is the second time we've stayed at this Hotel in the space of a year.Absolutely love the location, cleanliness and staff.

Wifi weak on my floor (but not throughout the building; I did let them know). Courteous staff. Quiet, despite being just off 5th Avenue. Housekeeping is very good. I would stay there again.

Had a lovely and good time. The hotel is neat and clean, very centrally located which is next to Rockefeller center. Had coffee machine in the room, big closet space and clean and neat bathroom. I had a twin room and had a winderful time😊Thank You.

Was a great launching point for both going down by subway to the Battery and walking up through Central Park to the Museum of Natural History. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.
