Very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment looked really nice and clean. Sofa bed a bit dated and not the most confortable as looks as if it needs to be fixed. Nice bedroom. Gym and courtesy room beautifully decorated . By memorial 9/11 and underground. Shops and restaurants around. I would come back!

Mostly a great stay thank you. Great location. Noisy till wee hours at night but nothing you can do about that I suppose. Gym was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only concern was that I was told twice that there would be an extra bed in the closet but there wasn’t - seemed to be a disconnect between off-property 800# reps and on-property staff. Felt like a bait and switch at first or could’ve been honest misunderstanding but was rude awakening for sure. Overall though great stay other than that

The room was perfect, clean & spacious. The location was great too, so many food spots & the subway entrances were very close. The sonder app made everything extremely easy, we never even used the front desk.

They didn’t honor a previously confirmed email that we would be staying in the same room. We had to check out and check in again. We waited a day packing and unpacking and talking to customer support who wasn’t able to find a solution for us other than switch rooms. It was so inconvenient especially since we had the same room type and were traveling with a baby.

Photos and room were nothing alike. Room had cheap furniture, patches on walls, worn out flooring and overall incredibly depressing. Super loud fan/machinery noise made sleeping very difficult.

Great location and reasonable prices. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

I was a little nervous about the contactless check in, but it all went smoothly. I would suggest filling out all you can early and not wait. You will receive the code a few days prior and then you’re ready to just show up at the hotel. The space was clean and furnished with everything you would need if you were visiting long enough to grocery shop and cook. Location was great to walk to main tourist site as or take the subway. It is a big city and is noisy, so that takes getting used to. Definitely will look for a this propery in other cities.

My very first day of arrival, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. I reached out to them and inform them of the situation, it took 2 days to finally get in resolved. I had to keep asking for towels because they don’t clean your room unless you pay for it. I received attitudes when they finally delivered my towels by ringing the bell at my door and throwing my towels at the door. This was the worse experience ever!!! I will never stay at this hotel again
