カーサ ブランカ ホテル ブルックリン(Casa Blanca Hotel Brooklyn)

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!! We booked this hotel for a new years break. We left after one night after we woke up in the morning to firemen banging and knocking our door down for us to evacuate the hotel. When we asked the hotel staff what was going on she said she seen a strange man coming out of reception with his hood up and then something was wrong with the gas. They must let anyone in the hotel??!! No security!!? There was also NO HOT WATER!!! The location was awful, I have never felt so unsafe. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was hairs in the towels.

We get a B floor room. The room is clean but that can’t protect any noise.

Friendly receptionist, but terrible hotel in a terrible location. Our rooms were next to the lobby, so we heard people talking and doors slamming all night long. The room was not cleaned properly, stained towels, a dirty headband on the nightstand, dirty tissue next to the bed. Mattress was really hard. Airconditioning was great, but very loud. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Never again!

i stayed with my boyfriend for a night here. we had a blast. just a few complaints. location is everything but being in-between two projects was not ideal especially because there were several men outside. it was convenient bc there was a liquor store right next door and a convenient store that was open 24|7 which came in the clutch bc we were thirsty 3 in the morning lol. the lobby was clean the hallways was clean the room was okay there was a weird hole in the floor in the bathroom i almost broke my drunk self ankle a few times. and there was a wet spot by the bed that soaked my sock when we first got there. and no rags and 1 towel and two hand towels. but when i request more towels and rags they brought up some more quickly. service was great. would i come back? probably not bc of the location but otherwise yeah why not we had a blast.

The beds wasnt clean at all. We tried to get housekeeping but they have never arrived. Wouldnt recommend anyone.

This hotel has such great potential but unfortunately the caliber of clientele leaves nothing to be desired. The location under the BQE, directly across New York City Public Housing, and vagrants who loiter in the surrounding area is unappealing. The rooms provide the bare minimum, except for seating besides the bed. But the ultimately frustration is the very low water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink. The noise emanating from next door or down the hall, since the walls are paper thin, can be jarring at times. It's far from the best, and unfortunately there are worst hotels in the city.

I been coming here for a whole year and i really like the service they give me and my SO and my son.....

A few noisy ppl on our floor but thank goodness it wasn’t too bad. Didn’t much like the plastic wall paper covering the windows - made it very hard to enjoy looking out window at views. Bed was very comfy.

The surroundings of the hotel are not very nice, specially at night. The hotel is not very close to any subway station, although several bus lines stop nearby (the 62 line stops at the door). The room was nothing out of the ordinary. For the value paid, I would've expected breakfast, and bedsheets without holes in them.
