Good value for a cultural, convenient stay. Quiet at night. Will come back if I visit Putian again.」

「This is a very new hotel with great location. We enjoyed all the new amenities, even though is a non-smoking hotel but we could see cigarette buds around & one of our rooms smelled of smoke. Because of the Chinese New Year, they are short of staff. But the front desk staff were very helpful & attentive, they tried their best to accommodate your requests, especially the front desk manager. I am sure by the time they are fully staffed, it will be an excellent hotel choice.」

「沒想到過了幾天又來這裏出差，想到前幾天住的酒店，試試看有沒有改進，再來湄洲島入住這家維也納，必須追加一條好評！
上次入住留下的不好體驗我本來還有顧慮，沒想到酒店完整記下了我所有反饋，提前做好整改還主動貼心升級房型，態度特別誠懇。
這次客房無異味、門窗鎖具完好，衞生打掃得乾淨到位，能明顯看出門店是真的用心落實整改，不是表面敷衍。這次全程入住下來服務全程在線，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有需求響應速度很快。看得出來是有真心聽取客人意見，實實在在落實整改，不是做做表面功夫。 對比兩次入住差距特別明顯，整改效果肉眼可見，後續來湄洲島住宿依舊會優先選擇這家，也推薦給出行的朋友們！
出行住宿最怕遇到問題無人處理，這家店能重視客人真實訴求、主動彌補不足，這點真的很難得。雖然還有小細節可以優化，但整體服務態度和整改行動力完全加分，來湄洲島住宿優先選這家，期待下次登島入住能看到酒店更多進步！」

「ホテルはバス停の向かいにあり、田駅への直通バスがあります。福州長楽空港や泉州錦江空港など、中国の他の都市への長距離バスがあります。歴史文化センターまで15分です。周りにはたくさんの飲食店があります。ホテルは快適で素敵なモダンな装飾が施されています。スタッフは素晴らしくフレンドリーです。私たちが持っている唯一の問題は、かなり混雑している朝食エリアです。席が足りず、実際に席を確保する前にしばらく待たなければなりませんでした。何人かのゲストが食べ物を持ってロビーで食事をしていることに気づきました。」

「酒店位置不錯，後面街道一條街都是美食夜宵，周邊好多餐廳，離興化府歷史文化街區步行大概1.8公里也不是很遠，可以再那邊吃完東西慢慢溜達回來。
房間挺新挺乾淨，設施齊全，床墊舒適，冰箱裏還有冷飲，桌面有小零食，馬桶也是發熱馬桶哈哈。酒店前台小姐姐服務不錯，態度友好，退房時也會詢問入住體驗。」

「Room was big and clean, bed was comfortable. Location is good. Many shops nearby and convenient to take cab/bus to nearby attractions. Worth the price!
Front desk was also very friendly, the room we were assigned to at first had water leaking in the toilet, and she allowed us to change room. Would come stay here again :)」
