「部屋はとてもきれいで、フロントデスクはとても暖かくてフレンドリーで、英語もとても上手で、食べ物を勧めてくれました。おすすめの食べ物もとても美味しく、地元の味がしていて、場所を予約してくれました。とても親密でしたが、ボトル入り飲料水の問題で少し不快でしたが、しかし、それは主に私自身の理由のためだと思いますので、この規制について異なる考えがありますが、これはホテルの問題ではなく、私自身の問題であり、後で適切に解決されます。ホテルはとても快適で、場所は静かで便利です。とても良い経験です。朝食も美味しく、朝食を担当するスタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。次回ダラットに来るときは、このホテルに来ます。ホテルがどんどん良くなっていくことを願っています!」

「We stayed at Hali hotel for 1 night. We stayed in a room with a window to the street. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The price is comparatively low, which we considered a great deal for a 1-night stand. We came in January, and it was rather chilly in the room. The hotel’s facilities is quite old and the overall cleanliness could be better. The sheets were washed but still not really clean.」

「Это великолепный отель! У него уникальная атмосфера, продуманная концепция, из него просто не хочется выходить. Множество уникальных дизайнерских деталей, хочется рассматривать каждый уголочек — от холла до бара на крыше. Миллион фото вам гарантирован. Мы забронировали две ночи, потом продлили на ночь, и уезжала я со слезами на глазах от того, что не можем остаться подольше… Мы были в двух номерах — большом и с балкончиком, и оба невероятно уютные. Завтраки эстетичные. Персонал очень вежлив и деликатен. Это редко для отелей Вьетнама — так высоко ценить личное пространство гостей..」

「Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!」

「このホテルは本当に気に入りました。バスタブ付きの部屋が重要だったので、選ぶのにずいぶん時間がかかりました。ほとんどのホテルはシャワーしかなかったからです。結果的に、このホテルを選んで正解でした。部屋は写真通りでした。お湯は24時間いつでも使えました（冷水が排水されるまで待つ必要がありましたが）。ダラットでは珍しいことだと思います。清掃は毎日行われ、シャワーのアメニティも補充されていました。部屋は寒すぎず暑すぎず、バルコニーを開けると爽やかで少し涼しかったです。ただし、バルコニーを夜通し開けておくと蚊が入ってくるので、虫除けを持参する必要があります。部屋にはエアコン（おそらく暖房用と思われるセパレート型）もありましたが、私たちは使いませんでした。飲み物は冷蔵庫で有料で購入できます。料金表は部屋のフォルダーに入っています。 ホテルは湖の近くに位置し、すぐ向かいにはGoスーパーマーケットがあり、ナイトマーケットも徒歩圏内です。中央広場までは徒歩10～15分、クレイジーハウスやカトリック教会などの観光スポットも徒歩圏内です。 スタッフは親切で協力的です。英語を話せるか、通訳もしてくれます。 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は快適でした。」

「Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance.」
