PALM GARDEN- Whoever had the brilliant idea of I'm sure 'cutting engery costs' by replacing the windows with one's that won't open-completely sealed up so the room stays 'cooler' should honestly be demoted.
My last stay with you, I was able to slide open windows. Even if you were to say its a 'safety concern' most hotels will give you a crack for ventilation.
If youre going to seal everything up, at the very LEAST have new AC units and new filters.
The room was so incredibly muggy; thick air of everyone that had stayed before me...so gross
Luckily CVS had an air purifier that I doordashed at 10pm because I just couldn't take the smell.
I went to the lobby for an extra roll of toilet paper and heard other guests complaining about smoke smell coming through the vents
because even though there's a 'no smoking in the rooms' policy, how are you really going to monitor that and there's absolutely no ventilation.
Outside is nice, but definitely not a room to stay in aside from sleep.
