Parking is not sufficient. Always got back late and had to park on street. Coffee should be in room. Always had to ask for it. Loved the French press. Breakfast included each day and was excellent.

Booked this place last minute and absolutely loved it. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was amazing.

One of my new favorite places to stay on the coast. The infinity hot tub is unbelievable and breakfast delivered to our was delicious.

This hotel is so nice. Its right above a long beach with a stairway gong all the way down. Its right in Newport. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed, a fireplace and a big enough balcony with two chairs and a little table. The bathroom is beautiful with a huge shower and a comfy soaking tub. They give you high quality coffee and a plunge pot in your room to make it. We spent a long time at check in as the desk person was busy on the phone, and then counting money. We probably waited 15 minutes.

From the front desk to the infinity spa pool, every part of the experience was enjoyable. The room is spacious, the bed wonderful, the bathroom and shower were great. The fireplace, and balcony overlooking the ocean, were wonderful. The free breakfast is very nice. Will definitely be back soon.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. Plus, I'm not a big fan of making French press coffee in the room. But, Infinity Hot tub was the best feature of all!!!

Wonderful Gem at the coast in Nye Beach District. From the included room Delivered breakfast to the Large infinity spa overlooking the ocean with adult only hours from 9-11pm AND the fireplace in the room! This was a great escape. We were greeted with cookies and the staff here was fantastic. Wish I had known about this place before I would have stayed many times in the past and plan to now make this my beach getaway place from here on out!

I stayed there with my partner. We loved the property but the staff were horrible. When I checked in they said I couldn’t check into the room since I’m not 21 which I said I completely understood since there’s alcohol in there but the front desk agent told me I still couldn’t because I’m not 21 due to that’s their policy’s. Which when I looked on their website there was no age restrictions on checking into the hotel. They did allow us to check in only because my partner is older then 21. When I went down the next day in the afternoon to ask about if I’m even allowed to stay in the unit the front desk agent told me that I just wanted the wine in the room. I told her that’s not what I’m saying then asked again and she said maybe you should have book though us and not *******. After that I was done talking to her so I went to my room then I heard her start talking about me to someone else. Which was very unprofessional especially since they did it at the front desk. Then the next day that same front desk agent came to our room with the room service while he was giving us our food. She was just staring at my partner, which made him feel extremely uncomfortable because she’s didn’t even smile or anything.

Noise from the waste water pipe in the wall was very noticable during night. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay with beautiful view. Thank you.
