ナイアガラ・フォールズの3つ星ホテル

Location is good just 3 minute ride to Niagara Falls State Park, room is wide. Over all we have a great stay and they allowed us to extend 1 hour since we checked in late. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

場所は素晴らしいです、ナイアガラの滝、カフェ、カジノに近いです。部屋は水を入れなかったシンクと、長い間ほこりをかけられていなかったアイロン台のあるクローゼットを除いてきれいでした。プールはそのような大きなホテルには非常に小さいです。私たちは朝食が好きではありませんでした、食べ物はほとんどありませんでした、隣のテーブルで、家族は朝食をとりませんでした、そしてマネージャーはそれとは何の関係もないと言いました、それはハイアットホテルにとって奇妙でした。

このプロパティは古いですが、素晴らしいロケーションと素晴らしい朝食で美しいです。しかし、他のサービスやおもてなしを期待しないでください。激しい雨で、パティオのドアはレストランの内側からロックされていましたが、前日はロックが解除されていたため、ウェイトレスにロックを解除するように依頼しました。彼らはその日が雨が降っていることを知らなかったので、ウェイトレスと別の男（私は料理人だと思う）が言うことはできませんでした。それはただの愚かで思慮のない答えだと思います。このようなホテルでは、ゲストにこのようなおもてなしをするのは残念です。また、多くのレビューで述べたように、荷物を手伝う人はいませんでしたし、週末にはありませんでした。価格とサービスを考慮して、私はむしろその隣のホテルに滞在したいと思います。

私たちの部屋はカナダで予約されたので、パスポートを持っていないので、到着するまで行き先がありませんでした。シャワーのタオル掛けだけが私の夫が言ったように、それはゴミ箱から来たようだとニューヨークの大きな部屋で最高の時間を過ごしました快適なベッド

流行中に来たので清掃はありませんが、ホテルはとても新しく、廊下はとても綺麗で、1階にはスターバックスがありますが、流行のため閉鎖されています。滝にとても近いです。車で3分です。ホテルには無料駐車場があります。滝の駐車料金は1台10ドルです。ホテルの朝食を食べていません。私が泊まった部屋はとても広かった。それは床から天井までの大きな窓が2つある角部屋でした。ただし、ホテルは比較的短いため、平均的な眺望が得られるのは3〜4階のみです。全体的な衛生状態は非常に良く、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルなどは使い捨てではなく、3本のボトルにたくさんの液体が入っているようなものです。

場所：このホテルはビジターセンターに非常に近いので、場所は素晴らしいですが。しかし、夜になるとホテル周辺はとても暗く、安全ではないようです。 フロントデスク：プロセスに少し夢中になっていて、コミュニケーションがあまり得意ではありません。私たちはオンラインでクイーンベッド2台の部屋を予約し、前払いしました。ホテルで私たちは同じものを1つのキングサイズのベッドに変更できるかどうかを要求しました-受付係は愚かに部屋を1つのクイーンベッドの部屋に変更しました!! レストラン：素晴らしいスタッフ、とても親切で居心地が良く、私のような外国人に最も基本的なことさえ説明する準備ができています。 清潔さ：素晴らしい仕事!!

They are conveniently located so it is a short walk to a variety of restaurants and Niagara Falls is nearby as well. We had the best times when we took the short walk across the ”Rainbow Bridge” to the Canadian side where we took in the amazing views as well as enjoyed the great eats and carnival atmosphere. Our room was both spacious and so comfortable. The bathrobe was to die for!

We arrived at 350pm (official check in at 4) and asked if our two rooms were ready. The front desk person went to check and was gone for an easy ten mins, while we were waiting at the reception area with our kids. They came back and told us one room was ready and one was not, it was now 4pm so we should’ve been able to check in. We asked for free breakfast since the room wasn’t ready and the front desk person said since it’s just barely after 4pm (room wasn’t ready though) they won’t do that. My parents checked into their room and I parked the car with the kids. When we came back they found a different room for us. Even without that, for the price, I think you can find a better hotel. It is clean but the bathroom has a barn door on it that doesn’t block sounds especially the loud toilet flushes and also the door doesn’t block light since it has frosted glass on the door. So if you have kids and want them to sleep this isn’t the room for you. If this place was in the mid $100’s per night then it would be fine, but definitely not worth it for mid $200’s.

Called ”Aarya Hotel”, this is a worn, tired motel right on Niagara Falls Blvd. We stayed here years ago and were pleased with our stay (wrote a positive review in 2016). This time, it was a massive disappointment. The good things about the motel: Air conditioning worked, staff were pleasant, bed was okay, ice machine worked. The bad things: 1. No towels at all in the room at check-in. Only a tiny bit of toilet paper, no spare roll, no ice bucket, broken luggage rack. When we asked at the desk, we were given two bathtowels and a floor mat - no hand towel, no face cloth. We were staying for two nights - toss us a handtowel, please. 2. The room also had a single hook in the bathroom - no dresser, no closet, no hooks anywhere else. When we arrived, there was an ironing board set up next to the sink - that was the only place you could hang your coat or stack your stuff. 3. No chair. 4. TV didn't work. We were asked to wait for a technician. Later in the evening, we were told the tech was unavailable and to be fair, we were then offered a different room. At that point, we just decided to go out to a movie - hanging in the room was pretty depressing. 5. Carpet and floor were dirty. Not visibly dirty since the flooring is a dark colour, but I walked from the bed to the bathroom. When I took off my socks, they were filthy on the bottom. 6. Bathroom was not great - mould on the shower curtain, hole in the floor and the shower leaked all over the room. Needs some basic maintenance. 7. The 'breakfast' was horrible. No fruit, no yoghurt, no pastries or bagels. They used to have a wafflemaker, but that's long gone. There is a juice machine that shows Apple or Orange juice, however, 3 of the 4 buttons just sprayed water. If you guessed correctly, one button dispensed watery orange juice. They had white bread or grocery store mini muffins. There was also cereal in a dodgy-looking plastic dispenser, but no milk. Coffee and tea were available, but we didn't bother. 8. Pool was okay - I've seen worse. Wasn't heated, needed a skim and a vacuum, but not horrible. 9. Junk stored by the pool and the office - had quite a collection of Target/Tops shopping carts. Not sure why, but not a great look. And if the management was okay with stealing shopping carts, how safe was the stuff in our room? 10. Office was locked at all times, which meant that it was a hassle to get a towel, or TP, or an ice bucket. The bell was answered promptly, but it was one more roadblock. Again, not sure why the door was locked during the day. I really wanted to like this place because we try to support local/independent businesses rather than chains all of the time, but our stay was a disappointment. It's like the owners have just given up figuring that people will have to stay there during peak tourist season.
