Wi-Fi 信号が弱いです。建物内はカビの臭いがします。ドアの鍵は古いタイプです。朝食のソーセージはまずいです。選択肢も限られています。

The room was cozy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is okay. It's more like a home style breakfast. We only have one problem with the swimming pool. It was freezing cold. We couldn't even get into it. Everything else was fantastic. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The stuff are exceptionally polite, nice and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. My kids enjoyed waffles very much. I wish we knew there is a pool tabe, we would definitely use it. The only negative i can say is that the pool was VERY cold. We could not use at all. The stuff was nice to turn the warmer on, but it is too big and need at lease couple of days to warm up. In my opinion if swimming pool is advertised it has to be warm enough to use it. When we arrive the temperature there was no more then 18 degrees Celsius. Other then that i will definitely recomend this hotel to my friends and family.

It was January in Niagra Falls so the hotel was almost empty but the breakfast was reasonably good and certainly very friendly. Not a fan of the disposable wooden utensils (i find it gives a taste in my mouth). Its an older hotel and somewhat dated decor but very comfortable. Room was large, wifi good. Hot tub was not in service although the pool was. It was good value for the money but January is value season throughout Niagra Falls.

Staff was very efficient, helpful, & informed. Facility was exactly the way it was presented.

This was our second stay here in 2 months due to family issues. We were happily surprise on the upgrades in just two months. The breakfast is now in the lower level entertainment area. (I will review the tea house where the breakfast was serviced before at the end) They are adding a gym, conference room and a pool table area. The number one thing we look for in a hotel is the cleanliness and Fullerton Manor exceeded our expectations. Everything in our room was spotless clean. This is an older hotel and it is showing its age. But it looks like the family is doing upgrades everywhere. The breakfast use to be serviced at the tea house. The tea house (VTea) is now open for business. It is a bubble tea house lots of food and drinks available. It is outstanding. Great tea and good food at a great price. Definitely worth going too.

Our stay was great the property they had a great parking facility and overall was a very clean and safe environment. I personally think there should be more breakfast options available for the guest other then that everything else was fine 🙂.

We were happy with the big, spacious rooom. Thanks for letting us do an early check in. It was Boxing Day and we want to cross the border and we wee able to store our shopping bags in our room, cross the border, shop again and come back. That was a great experience for us. Thanks.

Very clean room. Parking was available. Very friendly staffs. A bit far from the fall though. You cannot walk from the hotel to the fall. But it was worth considering how crazy busy the fall area is and how dirty most hotel rooms are near the fall.
