Niagara Riverside Resort, BW Premier Collection

We arrived to the hotel and the parking lot was empty. It’s winter not peak.. we checked in, no line super easy. But I had to ask about the breakfast and check out. She was more concerned about me filling out paperwork for car paperwork and there was maybe 5 cars! When we finally were going to bed someone got checked in next to us. And the doors slam! The ****** slammed the door until 1:30. It kept sounding like someone was coming in our room. So after traveling all day we did not sleep well. We couldn’t tell if the doors are cheap or the other people were ******. Then when I checked out they charge $10 for parking. That paper they had me put in my car. So yes there is plenty of parking… but that charge $10 a night. Had hidden fees so I do not recommend on that.

I tried to contact this facility. Then got in contact with *******. They could not contact. I needed to refund or move the date of my hotel booking. No help at all. The management of this establishment is clearly short sighted. Seemingly understaffed as well.

I did not like that their was a charge for parking when you are paying and staying as a guest, no breakfast, no microwave in the room ( there was a charge if you wanted one in your room. The TV channels were basic and no good movie channels. The bar was not showing the football game, had to go somewhere else for the game. I will never recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to be advised about being charged 10.00 a day to park you vehicle at the hotel or the amount for the security deposit, personally I prefer a company to be upfront and transparent

Sleep was disrupted by a Screaming Child sounding like he wasn’t happy at 7am, but other than that view and vibes where nice

The staff were extremely rude and ghetto. The place was very dirty and outdated. The bed i slept in was broken, the floors were dirty, the curtains hooks weren’t even hooked on correctly. The pool was very dirty with dirty towels and maybe two available clean towels. The market section was half empty and unattended. The view from my room was very nice though :)

It’s ok. But I don’t like to pay extra parking fee which is usually included in the hotel fee.

The staff was professional and kind to us. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the front desk coffee which was a bonus and the staff letting us know the good shopping spots was amazing :)
