The room has not been ready at arrival as the previous guest left later than expected. The entire team at the reception has handled that with high professionalism and with highest attention towards me. Everything has been solved within a couple of minutes while I received free drinks at the bar. The hotel staff is one of the best I experienced in almost 30 years of professional travel and definitely the best I know in Africa;

This hotel feels like a pleasant oasis. Rooms are large, modern and well-equipped, the bed is super-comfortable, the shower pressure strong. I enjoyed the pool (didn't try the gym) and the beautiful views. Given that we are still in a pandemic, I do wish the buffets were behind glass and staffed by servers, rather than open self-service without even sneeze guards. But the food itself was quite tasty. All in all, I can highly recommend a stay here!

Arrival at the hotel was slightly challenging as our rooms weren’t ready. The staff, Charles & Neha in particular, did their u**ost to make us comfortable during that time providing us with a complimentary meal & beverages. Once we got our rooms from then on the stay was very pleasant. The room were modern, clean & comfortable. The restaurant both, indoors & outside by the pool featured a brick oven which served great pizza 🍕 & calzones. Service was always with a smile 😊 from Sacko & Nana indoors, and Ismael outside. The breakfast buffet had many types of food such as french pastries, breads & 🍳 made to order. Overall a great place to stay while in Niamey.

The food is awesome. The staff is friendly and the place is Nice and cosy. This is a place you can go hangout with you friend. The design is advanced and green so it makes the environment calm. It's also available for events such as weddings and birthdays.

We had the pleasure to be the guest of this Hotel for a wedding celebration. We had a great time here, the staff and the food was great. I recommend this hotel for any seminar, celebration or just for a place to stay in Niamey!

Very amazing place to have good time with family, friends or girlfriend. Good rooms, good restaurant for breakfast, dinner or lunch. Amazing area to chill close the piscine. Must be visits by everyone

Good Hotel, the staff are excellent

Great staff, great service. Great breakfast. A la carte menu rather bland needs some innovation. Rooftop bar extremely expensive as the lack of customers show. Warm pool - in this heat would need to be deeper. Professional front desk and smiles all round.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast buffet. Menu is impressive but very inconsistent. Sunday buffet worth the wait otherwise buffets nothing spectacular. Pool is large and very clean, but too shallow to be cool. Rooms are comfortable with great views. Room service impeccable. Front desk without Neha would collapse. Upstairs bar too expensive and always empty. Waste of great space.
