The hospitality offered at the Piccadilly was something I never felt. It's a great place to stay with family. It's at a very nice location . Airport is very near . Service was also good . Breakfast offered has a lot of options to choose from. Overall it was exceptional.

i rate the experience as an epitome of luxury for ones stay loved each and every aspect of the stay wherather its comfort food or the dinning experience at a city like lucknow piccadilly is ome of a kind of a restaurant and a well deserved 5 star hotel

I really had a wonderful stay in The Piccadily hotels...the staff was so friendly and helpful. I'll surely revisit there in future also. Also the atmosphere was very positive. Moreover, the amenities including diverse dining options and spacious rooms, receive frequent commendations.

Starting from the reception, Ms. Monika and her manager, Mr. Dushyant, are incredibly helpful in every aspect, from room allocations to catering to our preferences with the utmost respect. The coffee shop team, including Mr. Rituraj, Mr. Mahaveer, Mr. Atul, Mr. Vinay, Mr. Bhagwati, and Mr. Kamlesh, deserve special mention. They take excellent care of guests, ensuring that every meal served is not only delicious but also presented with warmth and hospitality. Their exceptional service is a testament to their commendable behavior.

best of one of a kind hotels i had ever been too , loved the hospitatily and the ambience offered by the brand and even the staffs i have seen them work hard specially the reception people and the core front office team loved each and every moment of my stay.

We visited the hotel regarding a family function. The hotel staff was very cooperative and well trained. The food was good and room service is amazing. The rooms are neat and clean. The experience had exceeded my expectations for 5 star hospitality. I loved the ambience and the entire hospitality provided my the staff especially Front office department. The standard of each and every detail the rooms the lobby area the architecture of the entire hotel was a great deal of 5 star criteria.

I had one of the finest stays of my many trips to Lucknow. I had a very comfortable stay, almost all things were on point. thanks to the front office staff for a speedy check-in as I was very tired. the hotel had a nice ambience and good food and the staff was very polite. it was a true experience.
