Good hotel. Remote from the city but near the airport. Typical ibis style hotel, express hotel and affordable.

This establishment offers an excellent setting for an overnight stay, with its superb location just a short, two-stop tram ride from the airport. We spent our last night here after returning our rental car and before catching our flight home. The reception staff, in particular, the gentleman in the red/orange polo pictured on *******, were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel offers a decent breakfast and the option to purchase items such as pizza and pasta during opening hours. True to the Ibis brand, the hotel maintains high cleanliness standards. The rooms are of the usual excellent Ibis standard, which always makes our stays enjoyable, particularly when traveling with our 12-year-old son. The swimming pool is a fantastic amenity. Even though the hotel is nestled among other buildings, the sun shines directly onto the pool and deck. There is a comfortable area near the pool, ideal for enjoying pizza and drinks. We will definitely return and use this hotel as our bookend accommodations when we visit Nice in the future. Thank you

The rooms had the A/C and vents turned off and the rooms were hot and stuffy. otherwise very nice and would recommend if that were addressed. The staff did try but it still didn't work to circulation or coolness

Difficult to find reception . Couldn't work out how to use shower and get hot water . Finally worked it out . Some signage and instructions would make all the difference. Breakfast looked good but the room was packed and no where to sit

Good comfortable hotel. Enjoyable and lots of choice for breakfast. Close to the airport, just 1 stop on the tram.

The location is inconvenient nothing to eat around the hotel our tissue box was empty for 2 days never replaced it and the smell is bad in the hallway

Good location, a short walk from tram and next door to Parc Phoenix. Hotel staff are very friendly and there is a pleasant terrace and pool area. Upon arrival from an early flight, luggage was stored until my room was available. My room was not large but was comfortable. Not many restaurants in area but city centre is easily accessible by tram. Buffet breakfast was agreeable.

Really friendly staff. Clean rooms and the breakfast is a bonus. Hotel location is about a 20 min walk from T2 and a 10 min walk from T1. Recommend that you take the tram if you have bags. We found that Parc Phoenix is the best stop but you will pass the hotel entrance on the way to this stop, but it takes about a minute to walk back.
