Everything excellent and frendly staff, perfecto location on front mall del norte to 10 minutes time to the airport

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Ordered room as it stated it had truck parking. My driver gets there and low and behold truck parking is not available... had to go to motel 6.

Can’t complain I had to get smoking because there was no other choice but the stay was good for the price. I would stay here again if necessary.

You need shower chairs available for customers request to help simplify his or her Stay and will come back to stay again and again !!!

The city is a 'working' city; lots of workers staying.. coming in/out lots of doors ...work boots; just that type of place

Property is older but honestly it was clean, quiet and overall staff was fantastic. Will stay again. Shocked me

Room was dark, dinghy and dirty. No coffee available at breakfast. The only thing going for it is price and that they have good security cameras outside for parking lot.

There was a lot of lighting in the parking area. We felt safe as you had to use a key to get in the building. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling due to no ventilation. The tub had a chip off exposing rust in the tub. The bed was comfortable.

The room in general is good, just one recommendation, change the wooden furniture that was in terrible condition, likewise, I suggest renewing the mattresses. Everything else, very good. Good breakfast, clean bathroom, clean towels, coffee maker and refrigerator, both very good.

Room was ok, clean, but it was missed two light bulbs. However, feels comfortable

Staff are fantastic. They’re making some improvements to the property. Good value for money spent.
