The hair dryer burned in my hand, the wall support is desattached from the wall, the air extration is not working properly therefore the smeel from the toilet from other rooms comes inside the room, ant the piece of resistance, the cleaner puts my toothbrush on the floor!!! what a disaster hotel, avoid it al all the cost, also my bag was inspected / open by someone!!

We arrived on a Thursday having carefully selected this hotel for the facilities that included Air Conditioning. We opted for an apartment for extra comfort, however this turned out to be a waste of money! The room itself was a nice size and well appointed, however when it came to the air conditioning this would turn on for two minutes and then switch off, this led to multiple trips to reception where I was told THEY would switch it on!?, this didn't work! then I was told the window may be open preventing it from working ( it wasn't and didn't), then I was told to speak to someone in the morning - we were here for one night so mot a lot of use! Wd we're told that unfortunately there were no other rooms of that type available - something which I find hard to believe as it was midweek and the car park wasn't so full!, so think yourself lucky if your air con does work and your room is cold!!, as for us - even a great breakfast isn't going to improve a sleepless night! Won't be returning again sadly!

Great place to stay on the way down to the Champagne region. Comfortable beds and great breakfast. Not too far from the downtown area, which was also very pretty. In town we ate at Le Code Bar. Excellent food and drinks! There is a great steak place too, but you need reservations a few days in advance.

The hotel is easy to reach by car. They have standard rooms but also apartments. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. A special thank you to the cleaning staff. The parking lot is big. You can access it any time thanks to your room key.

The hotel has nice spacious rooms that are well made up with typical Ibis Styles pricing. Very good breakfast. On the down side the location is very remote, rather out of no where, no restaurant in-house & outside there is just one restaurant around named "Circuit".

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Belgium and were very happy with our choice. The service was very friendly and we loved the breakfast each morning, which was included with our room rate and had many warm and cold options. Parking was free for our rental car. The main downside is that there isn't a lot around, so it is much more convenient if you have a car. But with one, we enjoyed the quick access to Waterloo and to downtown Nivelles. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I needed! 5 star Corinne runs a great hotel and very friendly and happy to help. She recovered my forgotten watch so is trustworthy in every situation. Good location just off motorway and close enough to shops/bars/restaurants Room was lovely and breakfast was great. Quiet, peaceful and perfect I sued the gym once and was ideal. Parking outside and always plenary space. I will stay again and would recommend

Firstly it’s a bit of a walk from the station. But once you get there it’s very nice as An ibis goes. There’s a restaurant next door which gives you somewhere decent to eat. I guess it’s pretty new so everything is quite shiny. Took a few minutes to find things to block the annoying phone light that’s permanently on. Reception has some beer in the fridge and breakfast was all ok.

As usual ... great service... we arrived a bit early, but we were almost immediately taken to our freshly cleaned room .. No fuss welcome: efficient , helpful ( my ice packs were deep frozen and brought to us in time) and friendly. Good breakfast, easy location.

Nous avons séjourné en famille, à 4, dans une chambre familiale avec coin cuisine. L'accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel est très poli. L'endroit était propre et les lits confortables. La cuisine était bienvenue (taque de cuisson, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, frigo et ustensiles de cuisine). Les points négatifs étaient l'étroitesse de la salle de bains pour 4 personnes (un seul lavabo) et la climatisation en panne. Nous avons eu chaud la nuit et heureusement que la température extérieure était fraîche. Au niveau du calme, tout dépendra de vos voisins... Dans tous les cas, l'isolation est meilleure que celle du Mercure à Louvain-la-Neuve. L'endroit en lui-même est isolé du centre et situé au calme, ce qui peut être un avantage comme un désavantage (éloigné des commerces, restaurants,... ce qui oblige à prendre sa voiture) mais il dispose d'un parking privé. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, il ne manquait rien: viennoiseries, céréales, fruits, omelettes, pancakes, saucisses,... Pour une nuit avec petit-déjeuner, le prix était très compétitif. Hôtel idéal pour une escale. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci.
