ンコマジ クルーガー ロッジ(Nkomazi Kruger Lodge & Spa)

Beautiful place and very friendly staff. i had issue with online booking but they went over and above to assist me and even gave me the rooms for the price i saw them for. Thank you for everything.I would recoomend anyone that required accomodation on your way to Moz to stay there and irs close to the boarder.

Our two night stay at Nkomazi lodge was not the best and not the worst we have had. The accommodation was relatively clean and comfortable, although not all remotes worked so TV and aircon in the bedroom were a challenge. I also found the couch incredibly low and uncomfortable. Breakfast on Sunday when the lodge was full was great as was dinner the night before. Sadly despite having booked inclusive of breakfast the kitchen staff were not ready for us when we arrived for breakfast at 07:30 on Monday and it was very clear that they felt our attendance at breakfast was an imposition as the service was both slow and unfriendly, it's a pity as all the other staff went to great lengths to be friendly and make sure everything was okay.

Rooms are fairly cleaned and maintained. Receptionist (Nokubonga) gave us a great service, from the booking process, arrival to departure. Restaurant: Some waiter's could be trained to provide a better service. Lodge should upgrade their generator in cases of load shedding.

The experience was just lovely. They are welcoming, and they think about the guest. Was in a self-catering unit with my family. Although wished they a bit more thorough with their cleaning. Like the dust under the ved was bad. The restaurant's food was delicious.

1. The sofas in the lounge are old and very uncomfortable, infact 1 is worn-out completely it needs to be replaced. 2. We couldnt use the garage to park our car and was exposed the whole time. we enquired about the use of the garage and nothing was done. There was a car parked already in the garage which we did not know who it was. 3. The bed pillows were a bit uncomfortable. 4. Communicaton was not good - we were advised that the restaurant will be open throughout but when we arrived for dinner on New Years day the restaurant was closing at 5pm and not serving dinner. We had to drive back to Malelane to look for something to eat. Nobody advised us about the different times on New Years day - despite us asking if there was anything planned for New years eve. something like a Braai.

One toilet next to the 2 twin rooms needs to be checked?? Very bad smell was noticed. Probably due to draining system problem??? The main entrance door needs to be fixed for smooth opening and closure

Comfort, luxury, easy, tranquil and beautiful. Thank you. And the service at check in was par-excellence 👌🏽Dinner was amazing, our host/waitress for the evening was phenomenal. One actually feels that these people are genuinely glad to have us stay there. Very welcoming. Thank you 🙏🏽And now Kruger game drives are available, with a Spa also advertised, we are looking forward to that on our next trip. We stayed there twice previously when it was Rockvale Ridge in 2017 and 18, and we were absolutely relieved that the place has maintained it's beauty and warmth and excited about the new changes. Awesome place. Thank you.

The place is clean and the stuff are very very friendly. will definitely stay there again. Excellent location to go to Kruger Park. Well placed. The restaurant is very nice too. The food are delicious. Well maintained.

It was the second time we booked at Nkomazi Kruger Lodge & Spa and again I can compliment and commend the facility, the Staff, and the Managers!!! Really since the first encounter with the staff at our first booking it was sure that we would return without any doubt. Keep up the good work!!!
