Please be mindful before you book with these guys. They are a bunch of cheats running a hotel. I had paid a certain advance and had to cancel the trip due to a family emergency. As per the policy mentioned on their website I would get refunded 75% of the advance if I cancel within 7 days of the arrival. I called them 5 days prior for a cancellation and they said their policy has changed and won’t refund. Also attaching the picture from their website about the cancellation policy. Very inhu***e like attitude. The ***ager on the call bluntly refused to acknowledge the same. He threatened like a roadside rowdie. Only book this hotel if you want to lose your peace. Stay away.

The highly anticipated hotel of Varanasi Castillo was not up to our expectations and at this price point the service and restaurant was not good. The restaurant food was good but the service and coordination between the staff was poor. For a basic order of coffee or tea we had to wait for a long time. Only one or two staff were responding in the restaurant and the rest did not meet our expectations, staff was untrained and need more hospitality skills Even the staff at reception was unable to address the issues and unable to take corrective actions Won’t Recommend this hotel for those who want proper service and abilities Although rooms were spacious and clean

Checked in. Very average reception. Hotel policy not to issue 2 key electronic card. So every time if I want to enter room u have to request hotel reception to open room. Hotel ***ager Ms Sony very ada***t to hold the policy. Let’s see what more is in store.

Rooms were very tidy with basic amenities missing..People at reception were unprofessional and were not helpful by any means. Even the drinking water provided by the hotel was also not drinkable. Worst service

Very poor service in room as well as restaurant. For a basic order of tea or coffee they take a lot of time. For a cup of coffee they took 20 to 30 minutes. The staff does not respond and do not listen to its visitors, neither they reply back. The wifi is good, rooms are also spacious but very disappointed from the service and bad hospitality. Being a often traveller, I do not like the hotel and do not recommend others to buy a room in the hotel .

Nice hotel, nice service, nice breakfast. Sohan, Nikhil, amit, and coffee were all super duper excellent and good great great great. Lovely ambiance, lovely buffet, lovely coffee, lovely hotel, lovely veggies, lovely fruit salad, lovely staff

Hotel Castillo location is very good. In the morning breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious and room are okk staffs in the restaurant specially Preeti Sachidanand and ***n they are very polite. They served us very well in the breakfast.

Best Hotel, Best hospitality , I don’t have much words to appreciate about Hotel Castillo services , everything is just perfect neat clean very hygiene, special thankyou to ,Mr.Amit sharma ji who made our holidays haslefree, I can say mr. sharma is having all the solution for every needs, I appreciate your quick & prompt service, thankyou Amit sharma ji for your wonderful hospitality, will visit again with our next group of family,, will again take your hospitality,,, I will recommend every one to stay in Hotel Castillo, if you are in planning to visit Varanasi,must stay in this Hotel &contact this wonderful *** Amit sharma ji for your Booking & Travel needs.
