Checked in excited to get in room and watch Superbowl. TV didn’t work. Took 45 min for someone to come and say that no it doesn’t work. Moved to another room, tv was so blurry you couldn’t see properly. Move to third room. Programs are in Spanish. So I miss 1/2 of Superbowl, put off dinner for the hour of moving around rooms. A stay at a cheaper hotel would have been better. Their stuff works and you have a microwave , ice cube tray in fridge, etc. Not here

It was fabulous for the price! Older but well maintained! The chef even came out to meet us and waitress was friendly & helpful. Nice meal! The front desk was great! They were all truly interested in the customer!

I’m not sure if they are understaffed but my husband and I sat in the lobby and watched a gentleman wait for over 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk.
Then, when we realized my son left his blanket in the room I messaged the hotel and left a voicemail for the general manager and still have not received a call back. Safe to say I’m not counting on getting the blanket back.
Rooms were not well lit and my parents’ room had water all over the bathroom floor upon check in. If you have other options in Normal you may want to look into those. Fortunately ours was a quick trip.

Property needs to be have the weeds and brush cleared. No bar available on Saturday 10/7. No facial tissue available. Was advised by housekeeping to go to the front desk and get it myself. Proximity to the new Loves Truck Stop is terrible. Loud semi trucks could be heard all night long. We will not be back.

1/6/2023 made reservations for 2 queen beds--6/9/2023 4:40pm room #235 had 1 bed & a bed/couch-good for kids-not so much for 3 adults. Room was next to the pool-Sat night we were kept up till 11:30 pm with kids screaming in the pool--Sunday was drive day-after no sleep/interupted sleep-no rest.---no we will not return to this location.
