スチールギタージャンボリーの時、何回か宿泊しました。 何時も気持ちよく利用させて頂いています。

次は使わない

人々は素晴らしく、フレンドリーでした。私の問題は建物にあります。 1 番目の部屋のエアコンは適切に機能しませんでしたが、大きな問題ではなく、壊れました。 2 番目の部屋は臭いがあり、カビが生えていました。塗装済みのバスルームにカビを発見。 3 番目の部屋は大丈夫でした。家族も一緒でしたが、部屋を 3 回移動しなければならないのは非常に不便でした。私は、これらの部屋は定期的に検査され、評価されるべきであり、そうでないと言うのではないと思います。塗装したのでカビの問題が非常に気になります。ここがヒルトンホテルであるという事実には立ち入るつもりもありません。これは、たとえエコノミーロッジであっても、どのホテルでも受け入れられません。繰り返しますが、スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切で、賞賛に値します。ダラスへの素早い出入りの旅は、施設に問題があったため、期待していたほど快適ではありませんでした。マネージャーが現場にいて、彼女は素晴らしかったというメモを追加します。ありがとう。

Nice airport hotel. The free cookies at check-in are nice. Some of the workmanship in the room was shoddy, not what you expect in a Hilton.

Desk staff were friendly. Food was great. Bartender was great. Shuttle driver was great. Room was quiet and comfortable

Loved how you catch a shuttle at the airport and arrive easily at the hotel.

Couldn't get the shower on. The knob on the faucet was stuck. I had to force it. Took 10 minutes to figure it out. Finally got to shower and the body wash was completely out. Called the desk and they did not care at all. Everyone there was just generally rude.

Very pleasant staff and the room was clean. The bathroom and carpet were showing some serious wear and age. I had a room with a window that was 5 feet up from the floor. Couldn’t look out of it.

Run down and musty ground-floor room. Obnoxiously loud lobby music.

Very outdated and the amenities announced on the website are not necessarily available.

They have a business lounge access well I paid extra for one of those rooms and did not receive it..got a regular room on the 5th floor because it was “not available”. But y’all sure did take my money saying it was available..I travel for a living and this upset me..offered a bottle of water instead of a refund on the right room…I would avoid or go to the marriot next door or the Westin or the Sheraton at least
