I was sold on being able to see the river front but instead I looked out my window and send the top of the building and all the a/c units

This is a very convenient property for nearby events with shuttle service to and from. My room was near an exterior door which made it easy to load and unload. The only problem was it was a mile to walk to the lobby. In general, the room was fine except that it was connected to the next room by a very thin door. The next room was either a group of people who rented it for a party or the night employees hid out there and had a party. It went on into the early morning. Then I was awakened at about 6:30 with some questionable activity that went on for about two hours. I may be scarred for life.

The hotel was not bad, comfy and clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave some very good suggestions for things to do with the kids. The real issue was the room service. They shorted us an entree and then argued with me about how "it was on the tray". They didnt send the bbq for the kids chicken tenders, so they didnt get to eat them until they were cold. One of the burgers was very undercooked. They didnt bring the bbq until the 2 burgers were delivered. They charged me for an additional burger to send another one. The front desk removed that charge for me. The real rub was the attitudes. They argued with me and never once offered an apology for the mistakes.

Had a great stay, and the service from the staff was exceptional. Some of the rooms were a little far from the front of the hotel, but that’s the only criticism.

Staff went above and beyond to make every minute of our stay perfect. Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff all amazing. We love staying here!

Very well kept, polite staff. Marie was just as nice as other reviewers said. Only thing was the fridge wasn't cold. I notified staff but no one ever came by to look at it. Bummed out Benihana was closed due to the weather (snow storm). However the shuttles to and from the arena, even at the late hour were a relief, better than walking in several inches of snow after attending our event. Would definitely stay here again, but hope the fridge works so we won't have to keep getting ice.

We chose this property cause of good reviews, people who work there super nice but rooms and property super old and need a lift . Sink in our room 1060 did not drain , also air/ heater would not turn off. Piano music that playing throughout property we could hear in our room during the night. Walls very thin you can hear loud neighbors. I did not get a good night sleep.

Amazing staff! Great value! Excellent breakfast! From the moment we checked in until we left, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Everyone on staff takes the responsibly to care for guests seriously. I was delighted by my stay and would go back without hesitation.

Everyone at this hotel go above and beyond to take care of you and your needs. We will always stay here in the future when we come to Little Rock , AR
