I cannot express just how fabulous and rejuvenating this three-night stay has been for my mum, sister and I. From moment we stepped into the building, our every need was met and enquiry satisfied by the most welcoming staffing team. A special mention simply has to be extended to Annette, a brilliant smile, kind heart and witty humour put me right at ease from the get go! True hospitality seems to come second-hand to you Annette and I felt genuinely taken care of, for this I’m eternally grateful. See you again soon!

One of the best spa experiences with great facilities and so many different options to participate in wellness things like meditation and Pilates as well as fitness checks like a foot gait analysis. Highly recommend and already bought my return offer voucher.

I am a member of Springs and enjoy taking their classes and using the gym. Today, Tom gave a great energetic aqua class. Great class to improve mobility, co ordination and general fitness for all ages. Thank you Tom for a brilliant class always delivered with good humour and consideration for your customers

The food was great, the dry lounge area in the spa was very nice. I did not enjoy the wet areas. Certainly not enough places to relax and didn't feel very 'spa'. However Louise in the Spa who did my facial made up for the lows - very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice and relaxing treatment.

Libby was amazing!! Helpful polite an a genuine pleasure to be served by , food was great nice menu choices for the package deal something for everyone ! Espresso martinis to die for lunch time barista made the best cappuccino overall great day !!!!

Lovely weekend and for a fantastic price. The food included in the deal was lovely and our server Libby was delightful. Really went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. Thank you. Will be visiting again . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Just had two fantastic days and nights at Champneys Springs as a treat to celebrate a milestone birthday with a very special friend. It couldn’t have been better in any way. From the moment we checked in and received a warm welcome from the staff on reception, to the moment we checked out, everyone has been friendly, professional and just helping to make your stay that little bit better. The food at all times has been brilliant - great choice and healthy, dairy-free (vegan) options, served quickly and tasted delicious. The facilities felt clean and were all working (unlike at some other spas I have been to recently) and I thought the hydrotherapy pool and main pool were particularly good - perfect temperatures and spacious. I booked two treatments to have during my stay. Absolutely loved the Clarins ultra relaxing facial delivered by Janet who was superb and made the whole experience very relaxing . She also gave me some great advice for products to buy and advised me of the deals that were available which were absolutely great value (this treatment even came with a free gift set of Clarins products which made it even better value!) We also did a few classes whilst there. I think my favourite was Pilates and Thomas (fantastically enthusiastic and skilful instructor) was so helpful in adapting the moves for me given I have a slipped disk. Finally, I’d like to just say thank you to Deepak who gave some great advice to me during a thoroughly interesting session which tested my food intolerances - very insightful and am looking forward to seeing if this makes a difference! Thank you all - it’s been a thoroughly relaxing few days and I hope to get back up to Leicester some time in the future to enjoy another stay.

I'm a member of Springs and like to go on a regular basis. The classes are excellent and can highly recommend them. Deepak is an outstanding trainer and would highly recommend him along with Tom. The pools are very relaxing and not over overcrowded which can happen at other spas.

Wat can I say such a lovely return break!! I can on a return loyalty voucher and from the minute I entered the drive I Switched off to the world!! The staff make this health resort such a special place Annette in reception is the most lovely person. And then in the evening Millie in the restaurant and cafe bar is little legend she’s a very good sales lady and informative with the drinks menu 😊 So thank you springs it won’t be long till I see you all again!! The only little negative is I beg the big managers at champneys on behalf of lots of your visitors please upgrade the spa area!!!!I’ve been a visitor for over 20 years ( 3 visits a year) and I know budgets are tight but give us a beautiful spa!!!! 🤞
