7 nights in this amazing owner run lodge. Total relaxation in a superb location but with Tannikely island, Lokobe national park or the nearby village easily accessible a great mix of other activities on hand. Delicious meals, excellent cocktails from the bar and a great view across the bay, particularly from the refreshing fresh water pool make for a wonderful holiday experience. Many thanks to Marcine for her attention to detail that makes everything about this resort so special.

If you are looking for a place that offers ultimate relaxation, then 293 on Komba is the place for you. Amazing views, delicious food and cocktails and wonderful hosting by Marcine and her lovely staff. This was our 3rd visit to 293 on Komba - we can’t seem to stay away. It feels like a home away from home. If you love a relaxing holiday bundled with experiencing a fascinating culture and the amazing tropical beauty of Nosy Komba and the surrounding islands, then this is the holiday for you.

If you want relaxation, great food and the option to see more culture then this is the place. The food and drink was amazing, fresh and unique. The location has the most amazing views and with a fresh water plunge pool or the sea which is metres away you are able to cool down easily. I look forward to going back one day

It was absolutely stunning, Was worth every penny, Truly an immaculate experience, Marcien, The hosttess was such a nice lady, would definitely come again, the rooms are clean the food is delicious, and the morning view is stunning, and the rooms do have little fans to the top of the bed so your cooled when sleeping, 10/10

I would highly recommend 293 on Komba. Marcine is an excellent host and she goes the extra mile to make sure all her guests enjoy their stay and most of them leave as friends. Rooms are comfortable, views and scenery are stunning and exploring the island of Nosy Komba and the neighbouring Nosy Be are very easy from this great location. HIghly recommended!

Marcine runs a very personal, professional and fabulous guest lodge. Attention to detail is excellent. Food was amazing and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Being a solo traveller she made my stay so welcoming and I felt so comfortable

From the minute our tour company suggested this accommodation, I knew it would be a highlight of our trip. The location is picture postcard perfect - right at the beach with its own infinity pool for cooling off & ample comfortable sun loungers & chairs for relaxing. The secret to its success is Marcine & her friendly professional staff. It's small so you get that personal touch. Our main reason for visiting the area was to see the whale sharks & I booked this in advance with the company recommended by Marcine & they were fantastic. Marcine also arranged for us to go snorkelling in Tanikely - another great experience. Finally I have to mention the food. Everything is freshly prepared & beautifully presented. Dinner is served at 7pm with all guests & Marcine present & it is a lovely way to meet people & share experiences. There aren't really any negatives - although due to the greenery, there were quite a lot of flies around so if you're like us & are prone to being bitten by the midges, do bring insect repellent. Whilst there we met return visitors & I can totally understand why! It's a beautiful home from home lodge with exceptional customer service. I am so glad we stayed here & not on the busy Nosy Be.

Wow! We don’t know where to start with how much we loved 293. We loved our beautiful room with the amazing view and it was the perfect spot to sit and read or swim/snorkel/kayak the days away then wander into the village for lunch and some lemurs. Marcine was our absolute fairy godmother whilst we were in Madagascar (2 very disorganised people), nothing was ever too much trouble and it wouldn’t have been the same without her. Can’t thank Marcine enough for all the help. We spent 3 weeks in Madagascar and our very best memories are the family dinners at 293 and the excursions Marcine organised for us. We couldn’t recommend highly enough!

PARADISE...what a wonderful place to relax after 18 days of touring around Madagascar.... This is a special place in the world and I enjoyed every second. The views and the food was exceptional, my room comfy and cozy and Marcine is the ultimate hostess. What she created is just AWESOME, what a PARADISE with attention to perfect details. A feast for your eyes everywhere you turn... I intend to write a story about her creation, so stay tuned world...
