Friendly attitude on arrival, beautiful and comfortable room with quality bedding and toiletries. Nespresso machine in room with good bar fridge and some delicious almond biscuits on arrival. Central to Noto’s main sites… a very good place to stay - lovely boutique hotel.

This hotel is right, smack dab, dead center in Noto, where you want to be. You DO need to read up on ZTL's and understand that you're basically gonna dump the rental car and walk. I'm 70 and a bit gimpy but was able to do the town on foot and see everything. Having said that, parking is like ballroom dancing and the moves need to be carefully executed, but once sussed, we LOVED San Carlo Suites. Be advised, there are some stairs and no elevator. STILL, I loved the place. Staff was excellent and the room and everything about it was terrific.

Superb location in the heart of noto and above the famous cafe Sicilia (our terrace overlooked the tables below, also facing the cathedral); a wonderfully restored and gently modernised palazzo with delicious breakfast and very warm hospitality: we were looked after beautifully and couldn’t believe we were the only guests at the time…utterly gorgeous.

The location is perfect, the room spacious, large bathroom- fabulous products, fluffy towels, lovely breakfast, and the people here are so helpful, and patient! (Yikes ….we asked a lot of questions !) had great recommendations for restaurants and made reservations for us. Did I already say patient? We are walkers, and being in the center was so convenient. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at San Carlo. What a gem of a hotel. Centrally located, beautiful accommodations and excellent staff. A special thanks to Andrea who was super helpful and nice.

You cannot find a more central location right in the middle of everything Noto has to offer. It is a little difficult to find the door because there is a cafe right outside with tables so just be aware. We had no problem with parking and there were no meters/cost right now. Not sure if that is always the case and parking is limited so could be a concern. The room was fantastic and had many extras to make us more comfortable with all of our luggage and bags(we travel heavy). The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. I cannot say enough about the host Andrea. He went to our car and helped us unload and load all of our bags. He went above and beyond to suggest and schedule great restaurants for us, schedule COVID tests(no longer needed), and also scheduled massages for my wife and I. He was a great help as I could text the number which was always forwarded to him so he responded immediately. Andrea really made us feel at home and would definitely love to stay here again.

Our particular room; master suite was unique and great with roof top terrace.

Very close to key historic sites. Parking is an issue.

Already the the warm welcome was a pleasure. The friendly staff is absolutly careful. We enjoyed every morning the delicious breakfast with its local specialities. The hotel is lovely decorated. Due to the central location direct at the pedestrian zone all points of interest and restaurants are quickly reached. You should have some patience for search a parking lot in the narrow streets. On the whole it was a wonderful stay and we can recommend San Carlo Suites in any case.
