Q92 ノート ホテル(Q92 Noto Hotel)

This hotel is truly unique. We stayed for two lovely nights and the location is second to none. You literally walk out of the door across a small courtyard and into the streets of Noto yet it is very quiet. There is a public parking lot just outside of the hotel and we parked for 24hrs for 14 Euro. Staff were very welcoming and the building itself is steeped in so much history and beautifully restored and decorated. Our bathroom was very quirky with blue highly patterned wallpaper and red tiles, but it worked. I would have loved a door on the bathroom and some milk to make tea, but otherwise it was lovely. You are unable to have cooling on the A/C at this time of the year so we slept with the windows open as it has been very warm in Italy, which meant for a bright start to the day. Bed was quite hard, as were pillows, but that seems to be the custom in Italy. Breakfast was served on the patio with a view of the centre of Noto- simply stunning. Food wasn't anything special but the setting is just lovely. There is a lovely indoor sitting/bar area as well which we would have used had our stay been longer. Noto itself is a lovely baroque town, which clears out in the evening, so I would recommend you staying overnight to enjoy it quietly once the day-trippers (lots of Italian school groups etc) leave. Lovely streets to stroll through and delicious restaurants.

Words (and pictures) can't do justice of what I experienced here: The most genuine, warmest hospitality, exquisite service, care & attentiveness. This family owned and operated, boutique hotel in the heart of Noto is special not solely on account of that (but I will revisit this later). The "independently-minded" Q92, member of the Small Luxury Hotels in the World (and rightfully so) is one of the most beautifully and uniquely decorated hotels I've ever seen - mixing old world charm, elegance and opulence with the most modern amenities and design. Each of their 9 guest rooms and suites are different, with the coolest of artworks ranging from Renaissance to contemporary in vibe. The luxurious interiors will literally have you feeling like royalty, but also on account of the staff, who to put it quite simply are remarkable. Some of the most generous and intuitive people I have ever encountered, attending to my every need before it was even a thought in my head! Everyone at Q92 Hotel Noto made me feel so special. From the way I was greeted: the warm smile from Giulia, the whisking away of my heavy bags from dear Christian who rescued me several times, to the heart-to-heart chat with the General Manager Laura who took the time to get to know me - I felt like I was visiting some dear, long-lost friends. And I was fortunate enough to meet father and daughter Andrea and Gaia during my short stay there. What extraordinary people! (Unfortunately I didn't get to meet mother Rosaria and brother Massimo). What the Quartucci family built with great love and passion, and have now expanded on, with the help of their very special team is seriously impressive. Q92 Hospitality is the epitome of Italian hospitality based on a core principle that is so simple yet forgotten - Welcoming guests into their home as if they were a special guest of the family. An approach to hospitality that goes beyond anything that I've ever encountered firsthand. One that focuses not just on the guest, but in that lost art of human interaction and making a human connection. The family at Q92 have an earnest desire to make sure your 360 travel experience is an authentic and memorable one. This is Italian - more specifically Sicilian - Hospitality at its finest. You truly touched my soul Q92. So much so, I don't think I've even processed it all just yet. Grazie di cuore. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and cannot wait for the day when I can return...

This ten room boutique hotel is a five star experience. You’ve never been made to feel so good, even in your own home. We breezed through Noto and regrettably only spent just one night at this impeccably run family operation with other boutique hotels in the region. Perfectly located, we parked our car just steps from the hotel and walked to the town’s most visited attractions in minutes. With its old world Baroque architecture, tasteful mix of classical and contemporary interiors and modern and cozy conveniences like their fabulous breakfast, Etro bath products, quality bathrobes and slippers all made for the most pleasant and highly aesthetic experience. Next time we plan a trip to the region we will definitely contact Gaia. Their kind and sincere guest care was par none! Thank you to Gaia, Giulia, Daniel & Rudi

Not that I have stayed in others to compare but we have truly had a wonderful experience at Q92 in Noto. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to assist us with any questions, recommendations, bookings and reservations. the hotel is in an ideal location, close to everything. the facilities and clean, excellent and reliable room service and wonderful breakfast. Can't recommend this place more highly. Would definitely stay here again.

Q92 is a magical oasis in a magical city. I felt like a special guest even before arriving due to the thoughtful emails from the staff explaining how to arrive and where to park, suggesting restaurants, offering to make reservations, and in general taking care of every detail. Upon arrival it was clear the hospitality was exceptional - attentive yet not intrusive. The hotel and its many common areas is a design masterpiece. The room was light, quiet, immaculate, and comfortable. Breakfast in the upstairs salon and terrace was the perfect way to start the day. All in all I could not have had a better experience and will only stay at Q92 on future trips to Noto.

Our family of four (mum, dad and teenagers 20 & 17 yrs) from Australia spent three nights here end June/ early July - as part of our European 3.5 weeks away It was our favourite hotel - and we are very fussy We loved everything about this hotel......it's only small (9 rooms I think?) and hidden away and unassuming from the outside but this is what makes it special once inside it's like an oasis we arrived from Malta - we got the fast ferry across and it's about a 30 min drive up to the hotel the town of Noto itself is intimate and it’s known for its baroque architecture it's not overly touristy - yet there's a 'train' ride (40 mins) you can do from the town centre that introduces the town sights - it's worth it the staff make this hotel the best - if I could remember all names I would list all of them - but Gaia, Daniel, Antonio and Maria are amazing every staff member goes out of their way to make your stay the best - ask for something/ anything and it happens the breakfast was the best we had all over Europe and we stayed in very similar properties the quality of food served at breakfast and at lunch was of very high quality and beautifully presented if anything i'd offer the amazing breakfast cakes for afternoon tea as they are so yum you don't want to waste them or miss out! It was so very hot during our stay but we navigated this but spending a few hours most afternoons in the courtyard by the dip pool or in the dip pool enjoying cocktails and the beautifully presented charcuterie platters the rooms are spacious and richly decorated and serviced impeccably we spent a wonderful day at a beach club (san Lorenzo?) - the hotel organised the day - the restaurant on site was the best - amazing seafood if you are in Sicily try Noto you won't be dissapointed

There are not enough superlatives to describe our stay at the Q92 Noto. From the beautiful rooms and decor, to the delicious breakfast buffet and the fun and entertaining cocktail hour(s), we loved every minute. What stands out even more in this small, beautiful hotel, are the people who are there everyday striving in any way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment you enter and are greeted, you feel like you have new friends. Daniel, Gaia, Guilia and Nicoletta were so helpful, kind, welcoming and friendly. You will love the luxurious, comfortable beds and bedding, the patio for al fresco breakfast, the gorgeous, open room for relaxing and enjoying reading, or cocktails or breakfast. The location is perfect ESPECIALLY if you are there during Noto's annual Infiorata! The balcony views of the flower creations were PERFECTO.

Amazing visit and stay at the Q92. This is truly a unique experience - beautiful decor and the rooms are all modern and comfortable. We were fortunate to get a discounted upgrade to a junior suite which I would highly recommend. The room was huge and so comfortable (smart TV, large bathroom, closet etc.). The staff were all really helpful and organized a walking tour with Marco Sanzaro (info@personal-turist-assistant.it) in Siracusa / Ortiga that was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved meeting Gaia and Daniel as well as all the other kind and helpful staff. Location is super convenient and everything is walkable. Parking is available right across from the hotel at an affordable rate. Very narrow streets so it is a bit challenging getting into town with a larger car but we managed fine! This hotel is definitely a can't miss!

Lovely, centrally located boutique hotel in Noto. Could not have been easier to park and stroll to hotel with rooms overlooking Cathedral and main street. Relaxed, yet attentive. Small which is its charm, but you can still have a good breakfast, drinks and other services Large room with all you need. All the team were attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you.
