ザ コエディ ミュスチュール ホテル(The Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel)

No the usual service we are used to. We have been several times for afternoon tea and which have always been excellent but today was a bit disappointing. On arrival we were asked to wait although we arrived on time. Tea was luke warm and service very slow. Not at all friendly. The actual food was fine but lacked atmosphere. Felt we were an inconvenince. It was my mums 93rd birthday which I advised when we booked and nobody wished her happy birthday. Not asked if everthing was ok. Not up to the excellent service we have had on past visits

Excellent facilities and staff in a lovely rural location though access road is narrow. Room needed a bit of refurbishing

A brilliant peaceful locations with exceptional grounds, We had a wedding booked over a bank holiday weekend the service from the management and staff was fantastic. they couldn't do enough for us. an amazing weekend would highly recommend the hotel. Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant.

I got married in Coed y Mwstwr in April 2024, and cannot thank everyone at the Coed enough. From our first contacts with the wedding coordinator team, they were so lovely and made sure that everything was straightforward, taking all the stress out of wedding planning. The wedding day itself was amazing and everyone at the Coed was brilliant and they pulled out the stops to ensure my husband and I had the best day. Our MC Ollie was absolutely brilliant - incredibly professional, made sure the day flowed smoothly with no hiccups and was a really fun person to guide us through the day. The food at the wedding breakfast was excellent and I have had countless compliments from our wedding guests about how lovely the venue/hotel was and about the quality of the food. I cannot recommend Coed-y-Mwstwr highly enough to anyone thinking of this as a wedding venue and want to thank them for making my wedding day so amazing.

Lovely setting for a wedding reception. he food was excellent and the guest rooms were warm and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

The venue is stunning. We had so many compliments from our guests saying how lovely it is. The wedding events team are great and always on hand if you need anything. The day itself went without a hitch and thats down to the coordination between all the team. We had such a great day. The food was amazing and noone went hungry and all said how lovely it was. Thank you again for such an amazing day. Special mention to Ollie and Paul who went above and beyond with their customer service.

Stunning venue, lovely food, helpful staff. We stayed in the coach house, rooms were large and comfortable, very clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasty. Stunning location with lots of countryside to explore.

We only stayed for one night, in the coach house room. The room was perfect, well appointed with everything needed and nice and quiet. We had a snack in the bar and an evening meal in the restaurant together with the breakfast. The food was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. Service was excellent and all staff we spoke to were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

I have stayed here multiple times while travelling for work. Every time the team go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Everyone is very friendly. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the food is phenomenal.
