パーク ホテル ヴィラ レオン ドーロ(Park Hotel Villa Leon d'Oro)

I booked a room in this hotel through ***********, where I specifically selected I needed accommodation for 3 adults for one night. When we arrived there, upon viewing the room, we realized that the extra bed, although adult size, was rather small and had a fragile look. We asked if we could get another one, to which the receptionist snapped at me, saying that this is what we get if we book a room for 2 adults and 1 child (which we did not). When I pointed that out, the staff got angry, started yelling and looking through their files to prove me wrong. As we were all tired and just needed a place to stay overnight in the middle of a very long car trip, we took the room as it was. During the night, we were woken up by a loud sound which was the extra bed BREAKING under me. I took the mattress to the side and saw that the bed had been broken before and was fixed with some TAPE (picture below). In the morning, I find out that the payment of the room didn't go through because the card I used on *********** was a debit card and the hotel could not process it. I went to the reception and offered to pay cash and asked if there was a possibility of paying less due to what we experienced during the night. The woman behind the desk (different than the man from a day before) started yelling at me that she would call the police and that "This is Italy, not Romania (where we are from)!" and that we were bad guests. After a long round of yelling back and forth, I ended up paying the whole price while she was dialling the police number. Tbh, all I actually wanted was a little bit of understanding and one "Sorry this happened, but I am just a receptionist and cannot make discounts" would have been enough. Instead, I was yelled at, threatened with the police and insulted. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Beautiful hotel with free parking, good location for outlet shopping and Marco Polo airport, bars&restaurants, really nice buffet etc. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit small room (single) but just perfect for one night.

Ci rechiamo qui per una notte in 4 amiche, arriviamo a mezzanotte e troviamo un signore anziano gentilissimo ad accoglierci. Hotel pulitissimo con parquet, camera bellissima, arredata con un bellissimo stile, abbiamo un bellissimo balcone che gira tutt'intorno all'hotel ed affaccia sulla piazza centrale. Se dovessi tornare a Venezia, tornerei senza dubbio qui.. A presto.

Si potesse dare -1 lo farei. Pessimi e incompetenti. Dopo aver prenotato tramite Booking mi viene cancellata la prenotazione per carta di credito non valida (ovviamente era valida e avevo pagato su Booking un alloggio qualche giorno prima). Alla mia richiesta di ripristinare la situazione sono entrato in un ginepraio di permalosità, false informazioni, accuse. Praticamente avevano riempito l'hotel per conto loro e hanno cancellato l'overbooking da Booking. Semplicemente vergognosi.

Una Villa d'altri tempi. Si assapora ancora il fascino di questa location. Unica pecca l insonorizzazione. Per il resto seppur datato rimane una bella location.

Personale cortese, disponibile ,sempre presente senza essere invadente. Ambiente caldo ,confortevole , pulito. Posizione comoda , centrale e silenzioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
