Hotel is nice not that much parking.a little noisy can hear people going up and down stairs.walls were thin can hear everthing.

Adorable and unique spot to stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and well stocked.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, beds super conformable. The property is very nice, with flowers. The only thing i was disappointed in was there was no coffee available in the morning for breakfast.

This is one of those rare little gems that you find and stick to forever. The warmest staff, check in with the chocolate chip cookie and a free library at the reception, adorable rooms like something from your grandma‘s house -in a good way. A huge breakfast buffet in the morning with scrambled eggs, sausages, really good fruit, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, the list goes on… And my favorite: Mozart playing in the parking lot at a soft volume. the price is also right and the staff are warm and friendly I come here again and again when I travel to my parents house in Arizona from Northern California. Just a treasure trove!

Room was scrupulously clean and bed was comfy. It was well stocked with little amenities like toothbrushes, comb, razor, etc. The breakfast was not fancy, but you can tell that the staff took great pride in service and cleanliness. I feel I got great value for my money

I will start by saying that they do have comfortable beds and the shower pressure and water temperature are good. However, it is extremely noisy. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. This establishment plays period music through speakers that are placed along the outside of the rooms. I'm assuming for ambiance. It is both unnecessary and very annoying if you want to try and get some rest earlier than when they turn it off. In addition to that, the refrigerator in the room was so loud I had to disconnect it. Even though the water pressure and temp were good, the shower fixture is extremely outdated and there's actually a mirror inside the shower which I thought was odd. I would not suggest staying here if you are looking for rest after a long drive.

Comfortable, clean, and everything in good working order and excellent condition. Not luxurious, but nice touches like good lighting, a little electric cabinet fireplace, microwave and fridge,nightlight in the bathroom, good bath supplies including toothbrushes, shampoos, hand and shower soaps in convenient dispensers, etc. We had a very comfortable king bed and a sofabed in our room.

It was a bit old style CA roadside motel but remodeled and very clean. I’d stay again

I like how so many fast food restaurants are within walking distance from the Dynasty Suites Redlands. However, I don't plan on staying here again. The room is small and it is a motel type, not a suite. For the amount we paid, I could have stayed at a nicer hotel. During our one stay, there was some intermittent loud noise. Almost sounded like a type of warning alarm that kept me up.

Property was fine..will reserve again in the future. But, not through Ex[pedia...I am not happy with your refund policy. I request that you unsubscribe me and delete my account.

Always stay here when I'm in Redlands. Great bargain for very nice hotel

Check-in is at 4 pm but our room wasn't ready and they finally found another room for us at 5.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was really comfortable and clean. We're not sure what a certain noise was that we heard twice during our stay. It sounded like the guests next to us were using the shower, only it was a very odd loud noise. Other than that, our stay was great. Yes, we will be using this hotel again.
