ボスマル アルジャーン バイ ロタナ(Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana)

Very nice place to stay, in the middle of the city, so if you want to go to Ilidza or mountains it’s just 10-15 minutes and also very near to Bascarsija but out of the crowed! Staff is very nice and helpful! They can explain where to go and what to visit! Friendly reception and concierge! They offer airport transfer with the van what is good for families! Apartments are very big and spacious! Ask for the high floor for better view! AC in the gym didn’t work that’s the only downgrade! Breakfast is ok,we didn’t try lunch and dinner because there are lots of restaurants around the city which are servings traditional Bosnian meals! All in all we will definitely visit this place again!

Fantastic accommodation in Sarajevo New Town. On arrival, I was greeted with professional but friendly staff, they helped with all my enquiries promptly. My apartment was cleaned daily, with complementary coffee making facilities and fresh bottled water supplied daily. Very spacious and pleasant appartment, surprisingly quiet. I stayed over two weeks and as a single female, felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Bosmal Arjaan by Rorana i Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Let me tell my experience in Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana. We stayed as couple last January. We didn't expect the room was really huge. 2 bedrooms - 1 masters bedroom and 1 is normal room. 2 washroom. They have everything. As expecting that it is aparthotel. You will never feel that you are away from home. Washing machine, big fridge, stove, winter halter machine, toast master, dining set and soooo on. I'm very impressed. All staffs are attentive and friendly. Bosmal will never disappoint you because it is located in the heart of the city. Just walk a little bit and you will find everything you need for. Go by bus and they will guide you. Not even, bosnian people are very very friendly. I really recommend this place especially on winter time to spend your holiday here. And never forget to choose Bosmal Rotana if you want to experience an exceptional stay and service. We are eagerly to come back next winter. Awesome place to stay

Hotel was very nice, stylish and clean, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we mainly dealt with Amir who was very helpful and patient with our endless questions.The breakfast was nice,location great and quite. Sarajevo is a beautiful city with lovely people.I will definitely be visiting again.
