I don’t know how this hotel got this rating. First of all the staff is not very helpful. Second, the air conditioning does not work at all. I had to open my windows and listen to a busy street all night long and couldn’t get any sleep. Half the time the desk is not maned in the front. If you ask for any help or any extra amenities they do not do so or are not helpful. I don’t see how they’ve clean the rooms in anyway at all either. The room has leaky bathroom fixtures, leaving water on the floor making everything wet. In the bathroom, there is no place to place your amenities so that you can do what you need to do.
