The location was nice but a bit far from the center . You need a car. Room are big enough and clean. Breakfast was good also .

Very nice, clean and high quality hotel. The staff were very friendly and service minded. Only had half pension and the food were just very good.

All staff were nice and the facilities at the hotel were great. Would highly recommend and will be back soon

This was our second visit to this amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it. The location, great atmosphere, wonderful food, beautifully appointed rooms and friendly staff are second to none.

We booked an apartment in this lovely hotel after a family bereavement. I don't normally stay in big hotels but this one was well worth it. Incredible breakfasts fit for kings! Lovely kind staff around the pool especially Simone and Fran. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful pine trees all around and the relaxing enormous Barossa Beach 5 mins walk away for sunsets. My son also enjoyed the multi sport area for kids - ping pong, volley ball, bowling etc. I would definitely go again. Out of Season it was blissfully quiet but had enough teenagers for my son to hang out with.

The hotel is really lovely, it suits us perfectly with two young children. Good pools, great buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Pleasant staff, great location, reasonably priced drinks. We had an apartment and it was very quiet, we had a peaceful sleep the beds are super comfortable! The only negative would be snack choices for a bite at lunch time.

The Hipotels are an excellently-run organisation and the hotels are in a wonderful state of repair and kept in this way by committed, efficient and friendly staff. Front of house staff and domestic staff are all a credit to the hotel. A very wide range of food is available at the buffet restaurant and there should be things for all clients to enjoy. The pools are away from each other so that adults can enjoy the relaxing ambience of one pool whilst families can use the facilities at the busier main pool with an adjoining play pool for the kids. Bedrooms are of a decent size with plenty of storage and hanging space and the daily cleaning is excellent. An excellent stay

We have been going to this hotel for our family vacation since 2016, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The facilities are fantastic, the staff always friendly and attentive, and the food is incredible. A particular shout out for the Animation team, led by Inma, who always remembers us each year and makes us feel incredibly welcome. We shall be back in 2024!

Very good, liked the kids' facilities, pools a bit cool as per usual in Spain(!). Bit poor not having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms as this is a 4 star and was not a cheap break. Buffet quality absolutely top notch. We will return (bringing a mini kettle!)
