Es la tercera vez que visito este hotel y no deja de fascinarme, tiene una calidad impresionante en todos los sentidos, totalmente recomendado. ¡Repetiré sin duda!

Fantastic stay. The staff and facilities are excellent. We had the perfect mix of relaxing and using the fitness facilities. The activity schedule is great and allows you to mix relaxing by the pool with working out. The lady that delivers the activity sessions is just fabulous along with all the other staff. We will be returning and thank you for your hospitality.

Second time spending time off here. This hotel's team goes the extra mile to make you enjoy a memorable holiday. Outstanding location at the gorgeous La Barrosa beach with a beautiful, short path access to the sea. Welcoming, professional and competent team at the reception, the restaurant, room cleaning and maintenance. We asked for the beds to be changed from king size into singles for the boys and that happened within 30's. Delicious and varied food served inside the dining room but also in the lovely patio taking advantage of the lovely evening temperatures. Great swimming pools. We also tried the indoors pool and its multiple water jet features and throughly enjoyed them. Charming staff: No matter how many times the children left the keys in the room, they were given spares with a smile once identity checked. We loved to be welcomed at the restaurant in the evenings with a glass of sherry and a warm smile. The service at meals time was flawless. Sunsets here are so beautiful! The hotel is well located to go for long beach walks towards nearby Sancti - Petri, or Roche in the other direction. Several chiringuitos around still open at this time of the year in case you wish to lunch or have a drink on the beach. Also a convenient base to explore Cadiz, El Puerto, Chipiona, Rota or other superbe beach areas such as Bolonia, Conil, Valdevaqueros or Zahara. Easy parking nearby. If you like playing Golf you are in heaven here too. A big thank you to Iberostar and team for making again our stay here so pleasant and enjoyable! We recommend this hotel 100%.

Great summer vacations at a top hotel with even greater staff. The service is amazing as are the restaurants available. Fantastic huge swimming pool and a great beach at just 1min walk making the perfect balance. I just want to highlight the always smiling, available and fun staff

We started a family tour of Europe here. We came last May and loved the service, the vibe and the quality and variety of the food. Also the good golf for me! This year has been no exception and it is a credit to the hard working and friendly staff led by good management to make this place really tick. Yes it’s a chain and it’s big but it’s just doesn’t feel like that. Particular mention to Bertolet at the bar, roberto the cheese man and Christian from Portsmouth on fitness!

Its a fantastic hotel. The personal is working verry busy and trys, to give you the feeling to be more then a guest, to by a fried.You must try it, really! You will see, its the best hotel and bar here!

Great location, something for everyone! Shout out to Juan Jesus (host) and Marta my girl who kept us fit. Can’t fault the meals, when you hear buffet you naturally cringe - best buffet I’ve ever had. It’s catered for all, even my fussy ten year old was very pleased. A hotel with a sustainable focus too. The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

I am a seasoned, mature female business woman, with three decades of extensive international business and leisure travel. This short stay, four nights, sea view deluxe room, all inclusive, was also as a solo traveller. I would first like to say that this was one of the most enjoyable short stays, I have experienced anywhere, in recent years. From the moment I arrived and was warmly greeted and assisted by Antonio, Concierge, with my rather large luggage, to the moment I left. Check in was seamless and quick (and yes, I recommend an online check in which was confirmed by Reception), as only Credit Card details were required to be confirmed. I was then instantly shown to my, hand picked (again online!), corner, deluxe ocean view room. And just so I do not miss anything out, I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff in the main Restaurant, all the Chefs and workers, especiailly Jesus! Not to mention, the quality of the food and service are just excellent. An equally big thank you goes to the staff of the Bodega Restaurante and Maria Jose, who served me the most sumptuous food for lunch, daily (at the best table with a stunning seq view, Table three!) The quality and service, again, simply five star. I shall now move on to the Pool Bar and a special mention to Ismael and staff, again, yes you know, great service with always with a smile. Next ALL the staff in the Lobby Bar, who serve the most delicious, fresh cocktails and the amazing night time entertainment (especially the Flamenco ladies and guitarist), just ace and authentic Then most importantly, the Housekeeping. Oh my word, this Hotel is absolutely obsessed with cleaning, both common areas and rooms, spotless. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to all the Reception staff and particularly wonderful Anais! Always helpful, friendly, patient and even surprised me (!!!) with a lovely early birthday gift of Artesan wine. It was just a perfect ending to a perfect stay. So, am I going back? You bet I am and very soon. Thank you all - wonderful job, wonderful stay and most of all, I really did feel completely at home in your very well run establishment. For me, aside from all the fantastic service, this is priceless. MUCHAS GRACIAS!
