It’s really good one and worth it to stay.

Central to the ocean and boardwalk. Lack of outlets, lights and towles. Also tv was difficult to operate.ie changing channels but was inexpensive and a nice overall stay.

It is an old hotel/motel and the decor and condition shows. Our room was clean but there is an old smell to the rooms. Dorm size fridge and microwave. Frudge did not get very cold. And only 1 outlet availabke so we had to get a power ***** to be able to both charge our ohones at same time. However for the amount of little time we spend there it was fine for sleeping and the location to beach boardwalk and inlet is great.

First off my fridge didn’t work plus the quote pool they have is a small square hot tub that isn’t hot basically a bath tub size no joke not to mention it’s $60 per pet that is non refundable which is ridiculous if my pet does no damage I should be able to get my money back also the lady that was running the counter was rude I will never stay here again such a huge waste of money

If you’re reading this review, DO NOT BOOK this place. Unless you want a dirty, musty room with outdated broken appliances, windows that don’t shut, and a 24 hour soundtrack of dogs barking, couples fighting, and parties with questionable music, you have been warned! Staff were the opposite of cordial and hospitable and took your card, gave you a room #, and slapped a key down. The key was not the electronic card ones but metal key on a key fob and the key was about to fall off the ring, so unless you want to pay a $250 lost key fine, put the key on your key ring. When you go to your room, we had lovely 201, check everything. Our fridge and microwave were not operational. I had to go back to get extra towels and the wifi psswrd but they use the next door motels WiFi, it didn’t work. The furnishings are extremely dated, as are the covers, sheets, and the worst smallest towels in the world. I’ve been in worse bathrooms, but at this point I didn’t expect much. I imagine the tiled stand in shower was something much like they used in Orange is the New Black. Across the street there is a food stall, which is convenient, but they had a dj blasting music for hours on end. The Sea Breeze is right near the boardwalk and the action. This is the type of place you’re looking for to sleep off your all nighter and be too drunk to care about anything else. There will be loud parties. *THEY WILL NOT REFUND!!** they don’t care, they just want your money.

Hotel is VERY dated. When arrived our refrigerator and microwave did not work and also a weird odor. We switched rooms and the toilet barely flushed the first day. The second day we reported it because it completely stopped flushing. The lady from the front desk came to the room immediately with a plunger but was unable to fix it. Said that she would send someone the next morning at 9:00. Two workers showed up the next day after noon. They were able to restore it to its original barely flushing condition. We were not given a room change or offered a partial refund. We were there 3 days housekeeping never came until the the day we leaving and just hung a bag of towels on the door. They were old and thin. Thankfully we brought our own. The location of the hotel was great. One block from the airport.

Well you really do get what you pay for with this place. Where do I even begin? For starters the pics online must be old ones because the hotel didn’t look like they did on the site. The bathroom was gross and musky smelling, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time, half the tile on the wall was missing, the window was broken so it was always open, there was gum on the shower rod ((it definitely wasn’t mine)) and there was black stuff flaking off the sink. The beds were horrible I was scared to even use the blankets so my son and I used our own blankets and pillows to lie over what they had. The pool is more of a wading pool it wasn’t big at all. I didn’t mind this so much since I was with my 1 year old. I ended up being able to stay an extra day so instead of uprooting my son and I to another hotel I stayed there when I asked about it the lady said it was ok. I ended up re booking online and when I went to tell her she got upset and told me I took the cheap way out and proceeded to tell me I either had to leave at 11 and come back with my baby or pay an extra 50. Staff was rude and when I asked for extra towels I was given an attitude. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone and am looking into getting my 50 refund.

The property obviously hadn’t been invested in in any meaningful way in lots of years. There was one light in the whole room, tile missing in the bathroom where the shower also would spike scalding hot for no reason. The fridge stopped working the second day we were there so we lost all of our perishables. The television was a tube tv that was (no exaggeration) probably 15years old or more. The parking situation was horrible. Very few parking spaces and many people double parked with no one from the office correcting the problem. The only real plus for this place was the location. It was a straight shot across the street to the ocean and the beach, which I believe is why they put no money into improving the building or the rooms.

Room wasn’t the cleanest mold in shower busted tiles on shower wall broken soap dish door knob on bathroom door wasn’t tight water damage on wall in bedroom area. Thankful for a place to lay my head but I don’t think I would stay here again.
