First of all, thanks to Brittany. I believe she is the best employee. Very helpful and nice. The first two rooms that I got had some issues with the cleanness, but she helped and addressed this issue asap.
However, i could not see kindness from other employees. No smile, no eye contact, some people seemed like they did not want to work - did not want to help out the guests even if the inconvenience caused by the hotel.
Again, only Brittany knows how to offer hospitality.
