Booked and paid for online. When we arrived late we provided a physical card for the deposit. Card was declined, we found out from the bank in the morning the CVV code was entered wrong by the hotel staff. Since we were unable to stay that night we requested the reservation be cancelled and refunded. Hotel said they did not receive 24 hours notice and would not refund the room. Staff needs to verify they are entering the correct information at 1am before kicking customers out!
