酒店挺乾淨的，早餐不錯。前台服務一般，shuttle需要提前24小時預訂才可以

First room I was assigned toilet didn’t work, front desk changed my room immediately. It was very cold outside, we checked in at midnight because my flight was delayed. The other room was ok, but it could be helped with a good cleaning.

The guy at the front desk was unable to help or provide a solution to our issue. The worst service I've ever seen.

I've been staying here twice a year for the last 10 or so years. It is just getting worse as far as the room and property. Absolutely no water pressure this stay and no hot water the first night at all and no communication about it either. The staff is actually always very nice and accommodating though. It just needs some real TLC inside and out.

The hotel is clean and looked nice when you walk into the lobby but had several problems in the rooms. We had to change rooms because the heater wasn't working and it was freezing outside. Not sure the guy who came to look at it knew what was going on. Then the bathtub in the new room didn't work right. The shower was tricky and had a hard time getting it to go on. The phone in the room didn't work and there was NO ice on ANY floor in the machines. I also didn't like you can't take the breakfast foods to your room; that they must be eaten in the dining area.

The staff was absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating. I will absolutely stay there again.,

The hotel is comfortable enough. The breakfast was less than average. No meat selections at all and it never varied. Was cold in the lobby area but couldnt bring the breakfast to the room. Outdated but comfortable. Horrible wifi.

Was average experience. 1st room had door that would push open without deadbolt, and a neglected to clean fridge from previous guest that had spilled icecream drink in fridge. After my complaint about door was confirmed, a new room was issued. The usual hotel smell, i was worried about my sinus allergies so i wore face mask to sleep. The hotel was older with signs of age and older style here and there. For the price and convienence of airport shuttle, it was acceptable and expected. Had 4am appointment for airport shuttle. I was in lobby as bus drove away at 3:58am, it was empty lobby until driver returned and took me to airport at 4:20am. Driver told me he called my room at 3:55am with no answer (duh, i was already walking to lobby).
