Brand new hotel, Everything is perfectly clean, fancy interior, thrilling waterslides, good evening shows and absolutely amazing deserts at the restaurant. The only thing that needs to be changed is the working hours of waterslides, it should be prolonged. Thanks to our personal manager Yaroslav our staying in Aricanda was as warm as it could be at home and as comfortable, pleasant and care-free as it could be in 5star hotel. There are plenty of guest relations’ specialists, but we were always waiting for Yaroslav’s shift, to have a chance to talk to him in person. meanwhile he was available 24/7, so we always stay in touch and he helped to work out any of our problems or make any of our wishes come true. He even assisted us as personal manager with things that goes far beyond his responsibilities as a hotel manager, negotiated with courier services to facilitate the delivery, helped with other staff and even surprised us with a fancy dinner decorated with flowers and other staff. For sure our staying in the hotel won’t be such amazing without Yaroslav. Make sure you will be allocated to him upon arrival, because it’s really unforgettable experience to meet such a kind and caring person, boosting your holiday to the highest level of joy and pleasure.

Very beautiful and relaxing hotel with friendly staff. We are very satisfied about the service. Thanks to necati en yunus for helping us and making our dinner special every evening. Also the environment around the sea is really nice, we did a little hike.

Great hotel, first line, good food, activities for children and very nice service. Big choice of drinks and good pool/sea areas! Nice rooms as well! Cleaning is good. Activities include several water sports, volleyball, waterpolo and several others

Hotel jest położony bardzo blisko morza, oferuje wysokiej jakości serwis, przepyszne jedzenie oraz roznorodne drinki, wiele dodatkowych atrakcji. Wszystkie nasze prosby/ potrzeby zostały wysłuchane. Personal assistant byl bardzo pomocny.

We went as a family of four with two kids, aged 11 and 14. We were very lucky with the weather most days 30°, and still warm enough in the evenings to sit out in T-shirts. The sea was lovely and warm and we took goggles so you could see lots of fish not far from the beach. The hotel is fantastic, although absolutely huge there are lots of staff who were all very attentive. The food was mostly amazing. There is plenty of variety every night with a different theme. We used our free ticket for the a la carte restaurants one evening, but to be fair there isn’t much choice so would’ve preferred the buffet anyway. The photos of waterslides are actually of the neighbouring hotel, but they seemed to be linked and we used them every day without any trouble. Being end of season, there were a couple of other a la carte restaurants that were closed, but we didn’t know what we were missing, so it was no problem. All of the waiting staff were amazing, but we have to make special mention of Ugur who was incredibly attentive and worked unbelievably hard. The rooms were spotless thanks to the cleaning staff who deserve a mention as well. The only thing stopping this hotel being five-star is the quality of drinks as with most all-inclusive. These were very hit and miss. There are three or four different bars around the hotel with mostly the same menu of drinks, but we very rarely had two that tasted the same, and There are some peculiar flavours that you can’t quite put your finger on. We walked the short distance to the nearby bazaar, but wouldn’t particular recommend it unless you just want cheap counterfeit clothes. One excursion that was worthwhile was a three in one white water rafting, buggy ride and zip line about an hour minivan drive away organised through Tripadvisor . There really isn’t anywhere else nearby as far as we can tell that you would want to walk to or get a taxi, but for a week in the Sun with everything looked after for you we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel a little further than normal from the airport but, set in a lovely bay with only a couple of hotels. Friendly staff good food and quiet away from the Lara beach resorts. Staff very attentive and special thanks to the entertainment team they do a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a very good standard hotel away from the larger resorts then this one is for you. 5 stars ⭐️ from us.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly especially the entertainment team. Smaller hotel than we normally stay at but all of the facilities are there. Would recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. Clean and has friendly staff. rooms are a bit small but are still nice. Food is good. not very many complaints. Lots of activity’s during the day such as; Water polo, darts and mini golf in addition it is very is fun, with nice people involved. You can get very competitive though. All kids can get involved also with kids club.
