We stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel- clean area and rooms. We had room with sea view and it was amazing. The beach is clean and private. Food was good, at our stay a la carte was closed, but it was really not a problem. Very friendly staff. Big thanks to Mehmet and Ogun for the help and making stay fun :)

Great hotel, despite that we stayed in the begining of season when lot of activities was still unavailable. Few last days we enjoyed night shows in amphitheater. Rooms were very clean, housekeepers did great job. Cocktails and food were really delicious. Not all the staff was very friendly, but I want to mention few persons who made our stay more special: animator Mert - always with smile, barmen Huseyn - extremely attentive and friendly, DJ Ogün - good evenings after shows with him! 😊👌

Nice hotel with private beach. Good food and drinks. Room was spacious and very clean - they cleaned rooms every day. Nothing to complain about, except a minor thing - if You don’t speak russian, deutch or turkish (even a little), You can’t understand 99,9% of people there.

The hotel itself is very good. Very rude people working in the spa. A particularly short bald man. He imposes his wishes and if the customer does not agree, he gets irritated and offended. No employee should allow such communication. The prices are very high.

Our big family chose this hotel for a reason. In this wonderful place, very responsive staff and incomparable service! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. I would especially like to note the work of the girls at the reception, who always met and helped in any matter. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking girl Aiturgan, who was very nice and happy to help us. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will definitely be returning. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was great and there was a lot to choose from. We were surprised by the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Five stars!

I would say big thank you for hotel and services. I have been first time in these hotel and I’m sure that it’s not last time. Everything is perfect but my biggest thank is to Izzetin from restaurant. He is incredibly kind, his services during our holiday was incredible. He was still asking if we have everything and his services was the best. After long time I’ve got these feelings from hotel and services like here. Thank you for beautiful holiday and hope I’m not here last time.

It was an amazing holiday. We spent our vacation in Saphir resort spa. It was incredible. The hotel is not very big, at the same time it has a lot of place to go, 3 bars, 3 a la carte restaurants. Food you can find everywhere and every time . Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this place
