Optimo para famílias com crianças o que torna este hotel barulhento e agitado. Atendimento simpático. A comida é bem confeccionada e saborosa. Localização a 600 m da praia. Deveriam evitar uso de individuais à mesa: não são trocados entre hóspedes, o que é muito pouco higiénico.

Bem localizado, limpeza muito bem, pessoal simpático. Ponto negativo são os cocktails de máquina, super artificiais.

Reception staff are fab especially Anna (?) Food is often tepid, some mornings, evenings some of the foods we're cold and I mean cold. Not a huge choice of food options for a 4* Room was huge with separate lounge and full kitchen. Bathroom good shower excellent, but extractor fan inadequate. We stayed 7 nights from 24/12 there's no heating in the communal areas so all the corridors are very cold. Running track and field events section, gym, tennis court and 2 paddle tennis courts. The pool is Baltic freezing and only saw one person in all week, they got out after 20 seconds shivering. The entertainment room has no bar you have to wander back through dining. It's a small room for a hotel of this size. One night kids rep was holding a disco, rowdy group of teenagers on the pool table, table football and a TV on, it just wasn't relaxing or entertaining. The surrounding area was very nice, but most hotels and apartments are closed November, December and January so not much else to try for a change of scenery. If I'd visited in summer then obviously some of bugbears would not be there. 3.5 from me mainly due to poor food.

It was our first time at AP Victoria and we enjoyed our stay. The track was busy during the Easter break with athletics camp running but it inspired our young ones to run the track. We also did some activities with João who provided the day entertainment if we stayed on site... Keeping adults and kids motivated was at 10.30am was not easy but he was very enthusiastic and energetic. Also Aopu bartender who was always friendly and cheerful. Beach was a short away and it was amazing walk along the shore and cliff tops. The rooms were tidy and we're cleaned every day. Also the Receptionist were all so helpful and welcoming. The only downside was the pool was very cold in early April but nevertheless a quick dip in the pool was all we needed.

Just came here to commend Aopu, who was a very attentive bar man. We've been visiting this hotel for 17 years, and he is one of the best we've encountered. His kindness towards children shines through and his attentive service is highly commendable. He looked after us very well!! Ana in reception is also a wonderful attribute to this establishment. Nothing was a bother and she made us feel very special.

I don't normally write a review, but in this case I will make an exception. The hotel was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. My room was spotless on arrival and cleaned nearly every day. The food was very good and the staff in the restaurant couldn't be more attentive. We went for the running, which was perfect. Access to the running track, gym and cross country trails was very easy. We had a very enjoyable week.

Our second visit - this time with a group of young athletes, parents and coaches. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is superb. Special mention for Ana, who our group a warm welcome at checkin and answered any questions we had. We were on the all inclusive plan, which was great value , with tasty, varied buffet meals (though not so varied for vegetarians). The rooms were spacious and clean, and the the athletics track was well used by our group. Above it all, it was inspiring for our group to be amongst so many talented athletes . We will no doubt return!

A really great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff on reception. A super location for athletes who want to work hard on the track and then relax and recover at the pool or on the beach nearby. Excellent food in the hotel with a choice of nice restaurants in the the locality too. Happy to highly recommend. Been there 3 times!!!
