Alize Hotel Oludeniz - All Inclusive

Nice hotel in the basic category. Only down side is the food. Awful, and no where at the bar to sit for non smokers and nearly everyone in the hotel smokes. Pool is nice and Sam the waiter is adorable Will visit again Great location for the *****, but far enough away that no noise troubles Will be back here again in 5 weeks Cant wait

A superb hotel that looks beautiful, is clean and has friendly, helpful staff. We went with a family of four; two adults, two teenagers. The rooms were large and airy with good aircon and excellent showerooms/toilets. Plus TVs that the kids could find things to watch on. The builders probably could have crammed more rooms into the space, but instead built smaller blocks around the large pool which is overlooked by a mountain and surrounded by mature, native trees. We went all-inclusive and were a bit apprehensive about the food but need not have worried. Each night was themed but your nuggets and chips were ever-present at meal times, so fussy children were well catered for. There were some great dishes served and the chefs seemed to take real pride in the food. The drinks at the bar were excellent - the local draught lager is fine and they served wine (although the red was a bit warm), spirits, soft drinks and coffee. There was wi-fi, which we weren't expecting. The staff organised water-polo completions and held aqua aerobics classes and put on evening entertainment. There were pool tables and table tennis tables available as well as a gym and various treatments in the spa-area. Rooms were cleaned daily and the friendly staff overcome their lack of English with smiles. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach through the main street which is packed with bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a daily shuttle to the Blue Lagoon where sun-loungers are free. It is a beautiful lagoon with shallow, clear water and food and drinks available. A bus for the local water-park also picks up from the hotel. Paragliding is huge in the resort, but for the less brave there are a variety of boat trips. Most people in the hotel were English with a few Eastern Europeans. Would highly recommend.

Came for 1 week with my two 16 year old girls following their GCSEs. Had a great time, hotel was very clean and tidy, staff really worked hard to make sure you had a great time! Really chilled vibe but you can get involved as much or as little as you like. Food was perfectly acceptable and it's hard to cater to all tastes. Would definitely return to this gem of a hotel

From start to finish the holiday and the hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and were always making a bee line to speak to my little boy and make him laugh. The food was good although a bit more of variety would’ve been nice but all in all was lovely. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach, amazing that they provide free shuttles to the blue lagoon, just gutted we didn’t get round to visiting it. The rooms were so clean and the cleaners work so so hard. All the staff were amazing! We definitely will be returning. Also the fresh bread I think about and miss daily haha!

I rated this hotel low due to food being undercooked ,told pizza should be served cold .The only choice at snack bar was burgers ,chips and cold pizza .and ice cream was the only good part of it .one day they cooked about 8 burgers then cooked the chips ,they then tried to give these out now burgers were cold and had flies all over them so gave it a miss .The main restaurant food was a lot better although cleanliness of table cloths left a lot to be desired they were not changed and only turned over stains showed through .At evening meal we had about 45 min before closing and they started to set up knives and forks ect for breakfast and we had not even finished eating so again not changing tablecloths . I tried to raise these points with the manager he was not interested ,on one occasion he said I am having my breakfast ,on another he walked away when I raised a complaint , when I said to him the toilets were dirty from the night before and bins overflowing and no toilet rolls , he again did not want to speak to me and asked me to speak to the person on the desk ,I said you are the manager so surely you should deal with complaints .He just walked away I filmed him being so rude so can back this up . The person on the desk was very present and dealt with my complaint in a professional manner and got someone to clean up toilets ,I think the manager should take lessons from him in customer relations .I have photos to back up all my complaints . On a plus side the pool area was very nice,the Turkish bath was excellent .rooms ok a bit dated and floors not cleaned . Great location . I was not the only person not happy but a lot of people did not raise their concerns with the jet 2 rep which I did

Went for a week and had a great time. We started off with room 507 in the main building after a long night flight but no view and a very enclosed balcony plus a musty smell so in the morning we went to reception and asked if we could move. They were so helpful and by 1030 we were moved to a lovely room overlooking the pool, room 223. (At no extra cost) Ramzan and reception were great. So more about our experience during the week. The food was typical Turkish with lots of choice and loads of salads. The fresh bread and the soups were lovely (different soup everyday). The morning breakfast was good with freshly cooked omelettes. All the staff we came across were extremely helpful, efficient friendly and polite and always had a smile for you from the restaurant staff to the bar staff, the cleaners, the animation team, reception staff especially Mustapha who gave me a hat when I went out for the day and drew us a map of Fethiye. We used the spa and had a Turkish bath and massage, I had my hair trimmed and a pedicure and my husband had a Turkish shave and haircut. All lovely experiences with lovely people. We also had some photos taken and used the little onsite shop. The pool is lovely, very large and you can always get a sunbed whatever time of day. It was so great to lie in the pool watching the paragliders coming down from the mountain and watch the cable cars. The place is so clean and gardens are lovely. This hotel is small and friendly and I would recommend.

3 out of 5 the only thing that lets the hotel down is food. No vegan options., beautiful location. 3rd time stopping. Here , staff friendly. Pool clean. And minutes from the main ***** in oludeniz. Will be returning 2025 see you all soon thank u

Another 2 week stay for the 3rd time and was pleasant as always. Rooms were spotless with clean towels everyday… daughter loved the pool used it everyday shes 11, bar was great with all your drinks on hand anytime. Restaurant was great never left hungry always something you like to eat with fresh fruit as always. Staff are great , very friendly and always on hand to help you out with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone and I would always come back with my family!

We arrived late to being told everything was shut and we had to pay for some soft drinks. We were then shown to what could only be described as the worlds most awful hote room outside of Beirut (511) I came down on the first morning to ask for my money back or a considerable room change. They moved us to another room (after basically asking for a large tip to do so) It got worse over the week. The stench around the pool is awful, we were violently ill twice during the week with food poisoning (we weren’t the only ones) and the alcohol within the package must be mixed with left over cleaning products. The wi-fi….. well it’s pointless. I’d describe it as 1990’s dial-up that disconnects every time you put your phone down. Hotel is full of Russians, we all have our different views however they aren’t pleasant. The town of Oludeniz is OK, the babadag mountain and surrounding scenery is however beautiful. I wish I would have just demanded a refund on night one. Best of luck if you are going on holiday here but I would avoid at ALL costs.
