I would like to give 3 devalued and unworthy mentions: Rajesh Nair, Arun Kumar and Ajayan. This is the worst set of management of the entire hospitality industry worldwide. The 3 names mentioned above have a horrible attitude, horrible upbringing, horrible behaviour, horrible manners, horrible culture and overall a horrible top level management as well. These guys think that they are something, but the fact is that their actual and true value is worst than the rag pickers of Kumarakom. DO NOT GET ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MANAGEMENT AND LOOK FOR BETTER OPTIONS.

Bad experience, room and restaurants very far, no AC in the reception, spider web in the kettle, lighting is very dim at night in the resort , room is very small even the bathroom also , swimming pool is also closed, limited options for vegetarians,

The management at the resort is a black mark and a negative mark in the name of hospitality industry. They don’t even know the basics of hospitality. I highly recommend everyone to look for other options and avoid this place as the management itself is demoting this property by its own unfriendly behaviour and I'll mannered etiquettes. Giving them a 1-star rating feels a lot to give because I don't have an option to give a zero or negative rating. Hospitality: 0 Attitude: 0 Service: 0 Behaviour: 0 Friendliness: 0 The management is a bunch of group who have mastered the art of getting a 0 in every aspect of their work. Look for OTHER OPTIONS.

Nice Hospitality.. Good Food... Top Class Service... We went for New Year Eve and it was a great great arrangement from Hotel.. The Hotel staff were very courteous and looking out to give their best to the customers.. One of the Best New year party with lots of Veg Food varieties and great DJ in Kerala.

Awesome stay with great ambience. I really like the two days stay ***** with my friends which is really a memorable one. Appreciate all the staff and management for all their efforts. The food they served was very much delicious and the rates are affordable.

We were lured to stay here because it seems to have a wonderful location and was well laid out. But that’s where the positives ended. The food is barely edible (which is a shame given that this region is famed) and the amenities in the room minimal.

Visited this resort after more than a decade. I did not like it then and i did not like now.... zero customer care and invisible management. We were there for one night to attend a wedding next door at the Ramaverma Club. Fortunately, the room was clean. We were told to follow the bell boy who carried our bags to check in to our rooms. We ***** with the bell boy arrived below a staircase, and none of us knew which room was allocated and the whereabouts of the keys. We spent twenty minutes in the sultry heat outside, and it was sorted out only because of the involvement of Ms. Lea (Hope I got the name right). The pillow covers were pathetic, - aged and shrunk and gnarled. It was just one night so we managed. We had to get some clothes ironed for the evening wedding. Sent it out with specific instructions to get them all on hangers and not to fold. The saree especially we wanted the crease to be removed. I was promised that they would return it in an hour. Four hours and seven phone calls and a bit of raising your voice.. and we got it back, ironed pressed and not on hangers. Sent it back again with somebody responsible at the reception, and it came back the way we wanted after nearly five hours. Walked over to the restaurant for lunch. Placed some orders for some Chinese cuisine. Trying to explain to the waiter that I was extremely allergic to shrimps. After nearly fifteen minutes of elaborating on it, the waiter gave up and he did not understand. Someone else came over who said he was the captain of the restaurant.. He understood. That is as big an exercise just getting some food organized. Less said about the food the better. It is nice big property right on the lake side. Nothing has changed vis-a-vis service. It was bad more than a decade ago, and it is bad now. There is no visibility of a Manager who i could talk to. I was told the Manager has gone out. I insisted on meeting the person next day when I was checking out.. and the person was not there then too. With no active management, and the manager missing from the resort for nearly 24 hours, what do you expect. That is it.. there are a lots of resorts in the area to try out. We dont have to be pushed to a corner to compromise by staying here. The only saving grace is a lady by the name of Neha Roy and Ms. Lea. Neha proactively tries to do things professionally. But given the crowd of staff who are dumb and non motivated, even Neha can do nothing. I wish they give more powers to these two ladies so that they can make the place a better one. Thanks

It was the alumni meet of the classmates of 50 years ago. With great expectations a gang 25 (including the spouses of alumnis) assembled at Lake Song resort on 23rd January 2024. The traditional reception was hearty and we were seated facing the mighty backwaters. Its lush green backdrop was refreshing to the tired eyes after a bus haul. Soon we were shown the cosy and comfortable rooms built in perfect syncing with nature. The bed linens were top-notch and the space was roomy. All bath accessories and grooming materials were ready. Bed linen was also changed the next day. (This doesn't happen nowadays.) The restaurant and other amenities like playgrounds, swimming pool etc are designed and built to make one feel that everything is an extension of nature. It was indeed a perfect blend. The lawn on the banks of the water was a perfect place for lone walk or stroll with fellow comrades. Sitting in the morning looking at the distant waters rendered a soulful experience of expanding mind. We had several events like sports and games, stage shows and the like. The resort provided us all that we needed. All the members of staff were keen on making us comfortable. The chef and the head of house keeping keenly enquired of our requirements. One participant needed some special food which they provided with great care. One night we were so late for dinner and the resort provided us all the standard items still maintaining their pleasant countenance. After spending two nights, we left the resort with a wow to come again. The above are the feelings of a non - alumni participant in the team (spouse of an alumni). Wish Lake Song resort all success.

Very professional customer arrival - extremely friendly & helpful staff. Delicious welcome drink. Restaurant good & food excellent at both dinner & breakfast. Rooms very tired looking & need a bit of a refresh. Out for the morning & room not made up.
